I've about had it with the Chick-fil-A location at Wickham Road & I-95. We are now 2 for 2 with unacceptable service, and the same issue keeps happening. Both visits: We placed a mobile order for drive-thru and were first in line. Each time, we were left waiting while multiple cars behind us were directed around and served first. On our first visit, I waved to a team member twice to ask what was happening and was ignored. When we finally received our order, there was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt at customer service--just our food handed over with visible irritation. Today: The same thing happened again, first in line, yet cars continued to pass us. When we finally received our order, the iced coffee lid was not secured, causing it to spill all over my daughter. Her tea was unsweetened instead of sweet, and when she bit into her chicken mini, she pulled out a long strand of hair from her mouth. At that point, we were completely disgusted and did not continue eating. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a brand known for service, accuracy, and cleanliness. Mistakes can happen, but repeated failures with order flow, food safety, and basic customer service should not. We will not be returning to this location unless there is significant improvement, which I highly doubt will happen. read more

Sadly, only the drive thru is open since covid. They have the fastest drive thru and have very friendly workers. They act like they enjoy their job. I've been going to Chic FIL A's for over 40 yrs and on all that time they've only messed up my order probably less than 4 or 5 times. Other fast food chains ought to learn their business model. Chick-Fil-As are always clean and the service is super friendly. The drive-thru line is re-donk. It's a double drive-thru. Get out of your car, people, go inside and order. The line is almost non-existant and you're not wasting gas. You will also take about 30 steps to and from your car. It will make you feel less guilty eating this stuff. (The lies I tell myself.) Chick-Fil-A does one thing and they do it well. I recommend the spicy chicken sandwich with a touch of mayo and extra hot sauce - it sings to my Southern soul. Last week I waited through the drive thru line only to get to the window to discover couldn't find the order I placed on the computer. I trying to be nice, said no worries I'll come in. Then had the girl that told me my order was lost tell me to get in the line inside. Awesome. Today I went inside. There were two people in front of me. I placed my order and waited around 15mins while watching everyone behind me in line receive their order. Walked to the counter to ask what happened. Couldn't find my order again as none of the items I ordered were even ready yet. When I finally got home I discovered my order was of course incorrect. Hands down Chick-fil-A is my favorite for grab and go food. I have been to this Chick-fil-A in Melbourne four times. Every time that I am in town I make it a priority to stop at a Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is something that we do not have a New York. For those of you who don't know Chick-fil-A is a fast food restaurant that serves nothing but chicken. They serve grilled chicken sandwiches and fried chicken sandwiches using a pressure cooker which makes the chicken extremely moist and juicy. Just a note you cannot eat Chick-fil-A every single day if you do a check for every single day you will gain a lot of weight. They also have items for kids like grilled chicken nuggets. Chick-fil-A also has a healthy menu with alternative options. When ordering a sandwich at Chick-fil-A you can choose if you want to grilled or crispy you also have three different choices of cheese. Sandwich that I always get is the spicy chicken sandwich. Spicy chicken sandwiches actually spicy and when you bite into it you can see that it was battered with Cayanne pepper. The chicken here is so juicy that you actually don't even need condiments. Pricewise Chick-fil-A is actually relatively cheap compared to most fast food restaurants. Most of their standard chicken sandwiches cost around $3.50 to $4.50. For that price and the quality of the food I highly recommend Chick-fil-A. The staff at this Chick-fil-A is very good they seem like they really do enjoy their job they always have a smile on their face and the food is always prepared how you order it. Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait here but that's because you know that they're making your food fresh it's not sitting underneath the hot lamp. Overall Chick-fil-A is really really good fast food. At this location everything taste fresh I highly recommend coming here the staff is very friendly. I will definitely be back at this Chick-fil-A next time I'm in Melbourne. read more

I stopped at this Melbourne Chic-fil-A while I was on a road trip. Note that I have never tried Chic-fil-A before, so I just expected typical, McDonald's like, fast food. However, wow! This place completely surpassed all my expectations. I ordered a Grilled Chicken Club and only waited about 5 minutes. When my food came, the very sweet lady apologized to me repeatedly saying "sorry for the wait," but I didn't even wait that long. She even gave me a FREE gift card for the short wait!!! The food was wonderful, so much better than any fast food I have ever tried, and for a fair price too! After this exemplary customer service, and this awesome food, I can officially say that Chic-fil-A is my ultimate favorite fast food place! Love this company! I go there often because it's my favorite fast food but I think the company is so well run. The employees are the friendliest of any restaurant or fast food place I've been. Never once had a bad customer service experience but tonight tops the cans. I was in the drive through and there was one car ahead of me and I started to get my walker but unfortunately I couldn't find it anywhere. I told them I needed to cancel my order and they said don't worry about it and we hope you find your wallet. Wow! That was so nice! An embarrassing and worrisome moment and they were so friendly and completely unexpectedly gave me the order instead of throwing it out. How can you not like this place?!?! The only downfall is that they are much busier than their neighbors so the line gets very long and sometimes ends up on Wickham Road and creates traffic. The quality of their chicken has gone downhill a bit. I've noticed it's kind of fatty and chewy lately. When they first opened, it was phenomenal. Service is pretty good for a bunch of deer-in-the-headlights kids. The drive-thru is always packed, but they do a great job attending to the two lanes, and it's pretty darn quick. But they lose a star for being closed on Sundays. It's one of my only two days off, and it sure would be nice to take the kids to their favorite fast food joint on Sunday. I know for a fact a lot of those kids would love to make a few bucks working Sunday afternoons. Also, one of our kids has a severe peanut allergy, and Chicks use peanut oil for their chicken, so he has to sit it out. I stopped into this CFA for a quick Spicy Chicken Biscuit on a Saturday morning. The line around the building was chock full o' SUVs too lazy to go in to get their grub. This was probably the longest I've ever waited for a Chicken Biscuit or anything at a CFA. I waited 13 mins from the time I ordered until the time I received my sandwich. All I ordered was a sandwich to go. I realize this is probably not the norm, and as I was leaving I did see another manager arriving for the day. I probably just ordered at the wrong time. The one thing I can't reiterate enough is to just run in and get your CFA fix. 99.7% of the time it's ALWAYS faster. read more

I ordered the chicken tenders and they were awful. They tasted like they've been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. On top of that, the quality of the chicken had drastically gone downhill. I have a friend who jokes the key to successful parenting includes occasionally going to a McDonalds or a Chick-Fil-A that has a play structure! With healthier kid's meals options and a new appreciation for playgrounds, I can see why so many parents I know, including my sister, can relate to this statement. The Chick-Fil-A in Viera has a nice children's play area and the usual food options. Having never been to a Chick-Fil-A, I have enjoyed the chicken items I have had here. It is fast food, I can't really pretend it's healthy, although maybe not as greasy than other fast food, but it was a nice treat made even better by letting the kids run around. Worst Chick-fil-A location I've ever been to. This location seems to have a knack for hiring teenage workers who either don't care or are just super dumb. More times than not, our orders are messed up. We're given the wrong item, missing items, missing sauces, half filled fries and the list goes on. Today, once again, we were given the wrong sandwich in our drive-through order. Good thing we've had MANY previous experiences of discovering wrong or missing items when we got home, so at this point we know to ALWAYS stop the car while still at the restaurant to check our order! Sure enough! Wrong item AGAIN, for the Nth time. So, we have to stop the car, walk back inside with the wrong sandwich, stand in line (while our other food gets cold), wait to be given the RIGHT sandwich. What's gross and unsanitary is that they took back the WRONG sandwich they gave to us... that's something we've obviously opened and checked (touched!). I truly hope they don't re-sell that sandwich and give it to someone else, but I sure wouldn't be surprised if they did, given their lack of common sense and "we-could-care-less" attitude. Obviously they get a lot of business simply b/c Viera has limited food options and they have prime location in this growing area. But if it weren't for the proximity, I don't think anyone in their right mind would go out of their way to come here. I hope the owner of this location pays attention to all the negative reviews - they're there for a reason. Your restaurant is NOT up to par with the standards of this well-loved franchise. This restaurant has really gone down in the last six months. Several times I've come in to dine, the chicken has been string-y and chewy and the restaurant filthy. Even after mentioning it to management, it was not attended to. On two separate visits, a Team Member has wiped the top of my cup lid with a mysterious cloth after over-filling. There is a girl sloooowly sweeping this evening meanwhile trying to find a table where we could enjoy our dinner was difficult. Most were either not cleared of trash or clear of food debris. Worst service for breakfast. My husband and I stop in randomly during the week here and there for breakfast before work and it always takes forever. I understand that they get busy and have a drive thru line. However we run inside for it be faster and are usually the only ones but for some reason making 2 chicken biscuits takes 10-15 mins. They give all the food to drive thru and neglect there front customers. I worked at fast food and know how it works and they need to work on their process. This is suppose to be fast food and it's not. My husband and I thought the first few times it was a fluke but now after several visits it's keeps happening. Zero customer service! I never stop early at this location. I waited approximately 10 minutes in a double drive thru line only to find out they do not serve soup until 10:30! It was 10:25! She told me to wait 5 minutes. Seriously....this stuff probably comes in a can! $4.99 for a large bowl. Tell me it WASN'T ready! For some reason my 88 yr old dad likes it.
