On Christmas eve, I went to Wolfchase location (Memphis TN) to purchase a gallon of lemonade to go. The ordering was a breeze. The outcome wasn't so good. I stood and waited for 25 minutes until I had to speak up. The front counter consistently asked the other guests and door dashers if they needed help. I finally got a young lady's attention. She went to the back and retrieved a gallon container to make the lemonade. The professionalism and courtesy was nonexistent. Tried them again 2 days later, did a curbside order. I placed the order at 10:30. I was still waiting by 10:55. So timing is a big issue at this store. One lady that was waiting besides me, she stated she had been waiting so long she can't remember how long she'd been there. She was there before I arrived and she only ordered a DRINK. I feel like drive thru has top priority and ONLY priority at this location. read more

They have a friendly staff but are all very distracted. Make sure you completely check your order EVERY single time you go. Most of the time when we do a mobile order or drive thru, we are missing an item 8 out of 10 times. We have stopped coming to this location even though it's closer to the house bc of this. We are always missing straws, sometimes missing napkins or forks, usually missing the sauce or missing a food item. Now you may not think it's a big deal to miss a fork or napkins and it's not if we are going home, but it is super annoying to be missing sauce, straws, or food. A couple of weeks ago I was missing an ice cream cone. The next time was straws and tonight it was a large fry from a meal. It's obvious that they do not check the bags. Also I have gotten some really bad tasting chicken. Like it tasted rotten! I had to spit it out! It's has happened more than once. It's so gross! It doesn't seem like they use good quality chicken. They also add 2-3 dollars per item if you have kids or any other reason and need it delivered. Plus a delivery fee and the tip. I've priced it out before and it was $20 more to have it delivered. It seems like they have started to lose what started the company in the first place. Chick Fil A has definitely gone down hill, especially in Memphis and surrounding areas. read more

Management as well as the general management of the Wolfchase Galleria location are stating that they do not start online orders until people arrive for pickup; this completely defeats the purpose of an online order. The location should either shutdown online operations or do them properly. While the manager on duty was polite and tried to explain, the general manager of this location was extremely rude from the moment I spoke to her. read more

This is one of my favorite places to eat in the mall. Even when it is overcrowded they still have the best service and the promptest delivery. They have enough staff on hand to handle everyone in front of them. The food is alway good and fresh. I have never had a complaint on my visit there. I plan to continue eating at Chic-fil-a. The food was amazing and the costumer service was one of the best. The fry's are so good I could eat them all day!! I got an 12 count with a medium fry and the chick was so good. It is a great place for family's and the best part is that it is a Christian restaurant. Even in a mall setting, their food is always fresh, the service is always amazing, and you leave each time completely satisfied. Frankly, I'm amazed they maintain the same level of quality and service here, but they do with flying colors! The chicken sandwiches are always moist and tasty; better than anything you'll get at another fast food chain. And I love that they have the spicy chicken sandwich as well. And their chocolate chip cookies are off the charts delicious. I love a good chewy cookie that's fresh baked, and Chick Fil A never disappoints. Visited the Cordova location yesterday just before noon. Ordered the #3 meal with sweet tea. I was informed sweet tea was not available due to the boil water directive. Substituted the sweet tea for lemonade and was informed there is an additional charge. Kindly asked if the additional charge could be waived. One of the managers (an older white female) abruptly told me there was nothing they could do. I smiled and politely cancelled the order as well as two other orders I planned to make. There is something terribly wrong when an employee would sacrifice additional revenue of at least $20.00 over a $.30 charge for lemonade. Communicated my displeasure to the company via their website after returning home. To my surprise I received a response shortly thereafter with an apology. They also offered an ice dream cone, cookie, or fudge brownie on my next visit but never really addressed the issue. I really don't need Chick Fil a to give me anything free to make me feel better about an obvious customer service issue. I have noticed the level of customer service at this location has steadily declined in the past several months. In addition, there are always a lot of people in the waiting area off the entrance. The interior and exterior of the facility is not always clean. There is a considerable volume of business at this location maybe so much that management has gotten away from what made Chick Fil a the first choice of most customers. I think we will refrain from visiting this Chick Fil A for a while. Hopefully management will address customer service issues that are communicated rather than give away free stuff. read more

Love the food but the new delivery fees make me feel like they are wanting out of the delivery catering business. Oh well....I'll just have to pick up each order and deliver it my self but it's worth it for that one of a kind flavor. One quick recommendation for those who will be picking up there food and may have pre ordered it, get there 15 minutes before the time you need to pick it up because they make sure that your food is hot and freshly packed each time and this requires 15 minutes or more. read more

The food is always so good here! I feel bad for the workers because the line is always so long ! Definitely always the longest line out of anywhere in the food court. The fries are always perfect!
