I believe the sand is called the Billy the Billy something but I believe it has roast beef and provolone on it and the other sandwich on the Mediterranean wrap oh and salt and vinegar chips --, customer service, cashier, friendly and accommodating. Hey, so sidenote about the Mediterranean wrap if you don't like a Bree taste a vinegar taste you might want to tell them to hold off on the vinegar, the oil and vinegar mix or the oil and vinegar mix and this sandwich excuse me this wrap has olives on it Along with feta cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, and lettuce so if any of those things are not appease to you, you may want to request some subtractions. Our usual sub shop is Jersy Mikes which we will be going back to in the future So first is the price $38 with tax and tip for a giant and an 8" off the favorites menu They were 18.89 & right at $10 for the 8" so thats 34 with tax and a tip. This location is the WORST I've been to across multiple states over the years. Not only is their customer service TERRIBLE - they genuinely rip you off. We placed an order in the evening on the app for delivery, then we received a call from someone there who said they were out of bread. Lie. They just didn't want to take or make our order too close to closing. I'd already paid via Apple Pay. I asked when I'd receive a refund and they said 2-3 days. Another lie. I am a bit of a food snob, so when I see the word "gourmet" in the title of any kind of restaurant, my interest is piqued. Driving through Cordova not long ago, I saw Jimmy John's and had to try it. I found them to have a really nice menu of sandwiches to choose from, all of which sounded tempting. I ultimately settled on the The Beach Club which was turkey breast, provolone cheese, avocado, sliced cucumber, sprouts, lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Very "California". And also very good. They also had a low carb lettuce wrap called the "Unwich" which I thought was a nice touch. I might have to try that next time. Jimmy Johns is a big favorite of folks in my hometown. Like HUGE favorite. I've never particularly cared for it, that was until I moved to Memphis and met Lenny's. Therein lies the reasoning behind my giving Jimmy's 3 stars instead of 1 or 2. I've tried Lenny's on numerous occasions simply because of the hype the Memphis natives have given them. I don't get it at all. I came to the conclusion that I dislike it so much, I would rather eat Jimmy Johns any day instead of Lenny's. That's saying a lot folks. My husband used to beg and plead on his hands and knees to get me inside Jimmy John's back home. I never caved. I don't know what it is exactly about Jimmy's that I don't care for, but if I had to pick something I'd have to go with the bread. I feel like the bread to meat and condiment ratio is way off for me. There's far too much of that tasteless, hunky bread for my liking. They do have good meats and I love that they offer the guacamole spread- its heavenly. I just haven't ever cared for any of their sandwich creations. Heaven forbid you go on an off day and get either the end of the loaf or just a stale one. Its like chewing cardboard and it always tears the roof of my mouth up. I will say that every Jimmy's I've entered has always had no less than wonderful employees. They are friendly, funny (who doesn't want their sandwich maker to crack a few jokes? Major points there cuz the Subway gals never crack jokes) and hella speedy with your food. I got my first dose of JJ's visitng my brother at U of Illinois, over 5 years ago. Back then I got the #5 Vito and today my wife brought me home the #5, with hot peppers. The good thing about this sandwich is that the bread is fresh and light, they fill it with enough good stuff on the inside, and the portion is big enough to satisfy. The people who work here really don't care about the business which is a shame. Every time I call in an order I get an employee who is half listening half talking to someone else. I have to repeat my order several times and they never get t right. Everytime I go through the drive through I have to repeat my order 4-5 times.
