You will wait 30 minutes to get your order every time! this place is not the ideal Chick-fil-A that you typically visit.

I'm giving it a 3 instead of a 2 because although I didn't have a great experience I need to acknowledge that I did NOT try their Pho, which seems to be their signature dish. If you read other reviews, you can clearly see that tons of people LOVE their Pho. So give that a try! The tofu was pretty but the texture was SUPER soft and I was expecting firm tofu with crispy edges. I wouldn't get this again because the texture wasn't right for me, but others might dig it! Crab rangoons: solid, basic. Great for a Rangoon craving! Lemongrass wings: I was super excited to try these because previous reviews are great. I caught them at the end of the night and I found them to be super dry. Combo noodles: I might have caught this on an off night because I couldn't detect a single flavor in these. It felt like naked noodles with no flavor. The added combo proteins were super minimal. I wouldn't get these again - it felt like they used the cheapest ingredients possible. That's not a $17 dish. Bang bang shrimp: good flavor. They use small shrimp, so I wish there was more of them.

I waited approximately 3-5 minutes, and although there were around 10 employees nearby, neither I nor the gentleman in front of me were acknowledged. No one asked if we needed assistance nor did they attempt to notify the employee responsible for the pickup area. I've been a customer before, and it's disappointing to say that the quality and service seem to have been going downhill. I genuinely hate to see that because I've had great experiences here in the past. As soon as I received my food and got to my car, I took a bite. I ordered the Queso with Chorizo, and it was barely warm. The cheese wasn't hot at all, even though I picked up my order at the exact time I was told it would be ready. Less than three minutes later, it was already cool. On top of that, the chips were overwhelmingly salty. I also ordered the Cowboy Quesadilla. On a good day, it's one of my favorites, but today it was very disappointing. It was also not hot and seemed like it had been sitting out for quite some time. I expected my food to be served fresh and hot, didn't want to get something I'd have to reheat as soon as I got home. Overall, I'm really disappointed with this experience. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because I'd love to see the quality and service return to what they used to be.

It's definitely a great spot for taking pictures and soaking in the atmosphere. The service was also very nice and attentive throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the food was pretty mediocre. The quesadilla was decent, but a bit saltier than I would have liked. It tasted like a standard quesadilla you could get almost anywhere and didn't really stand out. The tacos were even less impressive. The Gringo taco was fairly bland, and the olives didn't seem to work well with the other flavors. While the ambiance and service were highlights, the food itself didn't quite live up to the experience.

I really appreciate Maria and her patient, friendly, and attentive service. She was the bomb. And so was the FOOD! The blackened Red Snapper melted in my mouth. Oh, it was divine. We were seated quickly but you will have to speak up to carry on a conversation at your table if that bothers you. Anyways, drinks were fine, I had a Canebreak that came out in this huge thick chilled chalice. We ordered the voodoo rolls for the table which are like cheesy crawfish egg rolls. They're were pretty good, a little light on the seasoning but it was cheese and crawfish in a fried wonton wrapper, what's there not to like? For my entree, I ordered the catfish loozianne. It's crawfish stew with a scoop of rice topped with a piece of fried catfish. They also serve it with a cup of crawfish corn chowder or gumbo. I ordered the gumbo but they brought me a cup of chowder. I'm not one to complain so I was gonna eat it anyways. The chowder is good but once the server recognized the mistake she brought me a cup of gumbo, and I enjoyed the gumbo far more than the chowder but both were good. The catfish loozianne was very good as well. The crawfish stew is rich and hearty, and the fish was well seasoned and fried perfectly. Overall I had a great meal, I think you should check this place out.
