Poor customer service. Have got our order wrong multiple times. Rude to their customers.

This chik fil a location has never been a let down, but doesn't have the most friendly service of chik fil as I've been to. Simply put, my orders are always done right, and the food quality is up there with every other location. Those nuggets are SO good. Mm. This last time a lady walked around and gave out free refills and offered ice cream to my son. So cool they do that! But the lady at the register didn't quite exude the courteousness of other restaurants I've been to. It's all good, I'll be back! read more

DON'T GO TO THIS CHICK-FIL-A, I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THIS CHICK-FIL-A. I am so sad to write this review because I have never had a bad experience at any Chick-fil-A until now. My husband and I were shopping around in the area and decided to grab dinner on a Tuesday night. It was busy as usual, so we opted to eat inside. First off, there are multiple lines to order your food in. This makes the process very chaotic and disorganized because you have people jumping in at random spots to order food. Just make it easier on everyone and create one line. Secondly, the drive thru process is all over the place. I overheard a customer telling the staff that she was forced to come inside because someone cut her off in the drive thru and wouldn't let her back in line. I also overheard a customer informing staff that she too was also booted out of the drive thru line and a worker replied "well I can't do anything about that, I work inside and can't go outside." The customer replied that she wasn't expecting the worker to come outside, but wanted her to know about the situation. Lastly, the customer service was lacking. Staff looked angry and irritated to be at work. No one smiled or made eye contact. It was very strange for a Chick-fil-A! I will not be returning to this location. We went to get a salad and they got the order wrong. We had to get back in line to get our order redone because true inside is not open due to COVID-19. We are in line for over 30 minutes waiting on a Cobb salad no bacon. She hands the Oder out the window and it is still incorrect. So we had to wait for salad #3. Terrible. They were giving people there order all the way around to were you place your order while we was waiting. read more

It is a very efficient and friendly Chick-fil-A in a chain of restaurants that do that very same thing. The crown jewel of this location is a well established and supported kids night on Thursday. Free ice cream, special activities, free samples, cow in costum and face painting are some of the highlights. Only downside, no WiFi. That is an exception for this chain and occasionally means we eat elsewhere when we would rather have eaten here. read more

I agree with all of the bad reviews on here. DO NOT GO to this Chick Fil A. It's got to be the most RATCHET Chick Fil A I have ever been to. The ONLY ratchet chick fil a. I've been here 3 times and all 3 times I've had a different bad experience so it's safe to say that I've given them enough chances. All of these instances happened through the drive thru. First experience the person taking my order had a terrible attitude and seemed like they didn't want to be there. Didn't thank me or give me a total and had an overall bad attitude. I also ordered a Sweet Tea Lemonade mix and they gave me the Lemonade with Stevia or whatever that fake sweetner is. I didn't notice until I got home and took a sip of my drink. They probably thought that since it was a mix that I wouldn't notice the difference. Well I've been eating CFA for about 12 years now and I know the difference. Second experience I got another lemonade tea mix and got the same trash stevia mix with the same bad attitude. Third time I decided to order just a plain lemonade. Figured that they only set me up with the stevia stuff if it was a mix. I was right. I got regular lemonade but with a bad attitude serving it. Also....they just hand you your bag without offering condiments. This really reminds me of all the ratchet Wendy's I've ever been to ever. What got me to write this review, and the straw that broke the camel's back, is the fact that I had to pay .45 cents for two extra sauces. I didn't make a big deal about it and paid the .45 cents without complaint. But I have never been charged for sauces anywhere before...not even at Wendy's or McDonald's. I expect more out of CFA. I will have to go out of my way next time to make sure I avoid this Chick Fil A. It's just not worth it. read more

Food is barely edible, it's presentation is poor, and their drive through is absolutely horrible!! Inside and drive through, you have to inspect every item to be sure it's correct before you leave. Watching the crew, they have no order and no since of urgency. They play games with each other, and talk and carry on as if customers were not even there, even when busy!! So sad.. Slow. Horrible drive thru management. They let one lane just wait 5 minutes with zero response from the order menu. Blamed customer for not saying anything. Also allow grid lock at the pay window. No cars can move at all when this happens, because vehicles block the lane. REALLY need to have workers take orders outside during high traffic hours, like all the GOOD locations do. EDIT: The cashier named Chaitoria gave me the wrong change. She looked right at me with a straight face and owed me more dollars. Let it slide because it would have probably taken another 5 minutes to confirm and open the register. Worst Chick-fil-a I have ever seen. This is the second time I've come to this chick fil a and then guy at the drive thru is too busy with whatever else to listen and every time he takes my order something is messed up. Again it's not the serious I understand but even after he was done cutting me off in the middle of me ordering to say hi to whomever I said my order AGAIN and said please not a bottle I hate Dasani water just a cup please he still managed to not listen. I mean at least my food was hot and fresh but their customer service is trash and I'll never return. "Mmmhmm" is not a polite response when someone says "thank you." Love Love Chickfila and you'll never go wrong choosing Chickfila!! This location is off Military Highway, a pretty busy location whenever I come. I usually go inside and order my meal just to make sure I get everything right before I leave. I usually come here for a breakfast run for my coworkers and myself before work and sometimes lunch runs too. My recent visits has been for breakfast, and they stop cooking breakfast a little before 10:30. I came here 5 minutes til to order breakfast, and they only have whatever was left under the heat lamp which means they don't cook anything else for customers that want breakfast. It was a bummer, but thank goodness they had what I wanted for breakfast. As for my co-workers they had to get lunch instead (sorry not sorry). Also, they are pretty stingy with their condiments. Only two of each sauces, and if you don't know me yet I love Chickfila sauce with my fries and chicken (waaaaah). I also noticed they don't have the chickfila mints out everytime I come, nor sanitizer wipes. (Have to ask and they'll give it to you) PRO: Clean and very nice employees. I'd like to preface that my score is not related to the quality of food but rather the general customer service and management if the restaurant as well as the drive thru. Let me say that I must agree with Brad M. On this restaurant. While my review is based on three visits, his is based on his many visits. Please also take note that my review is based on the fact that I'm a Georgian and live where Chick-fil-A was born. I've had plenty of Chick-fil-A experiences in Atlanta and am pretty familiar with the type of service that they like to provide, etc. The food? Being a Chick-fil-A, the quality of the food is to standard as one would expect from any Chick-fil-A (although I'm just remembering the sweet tea was a little different from other sweet teas. The sweet tea just had a slightly funky after taste. Sorry, can't really describe it any better. It certainly wasn't what I'm used to from any of the CFA's in Georgia or in other states. I only ordered this once though at this location. Brad M. Makes some good points about the drive thru and confusion of the entrance and exits. The drive thru and parking lot is a little less than ideal because the entrance to the parking lot seems to be near the "back" deeper into the shopping center than the front. I confess that for every time I've visited, I entered thru the exit because it was more convenient. I also went to the drive thru two times and walked in the third because the drive thru was too long. It was much faster for me to park, go inside and order, pick up my food and leave... Than to wait through the drive thru. Customer service: I was a little sad that they didn't say "my pleasure" here. Most all CFA's I've visited whether in GA or not have always said or found a way to tell me the customer "my pleasure". This is really minor and picky... But it's just not what I am used to. It seemed she was too busy chatting with co-workers to provide me much attention. Anyway, those are my thoughts on this place. Food is great but customer service could have been a little better. So everyone loves Chick-fil-A I have nothing bad to say about them. They still get a 3 because no matter how positive or negative your review will be they still will have a line wrapped around the building ! So I will be honest this particular cfa doesn't always mean the mark as the rest of them. I don't know why. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE CHICK FIL A! Shame on Seattlites for not opening one up. This one was what I was expecting, long lines and great service. The first time I went here, they left out my straws and I was forced to drink without a lid. How much deliciousness can you put in one sandwich? I really go their for their sauce. Mhmm, the kind of sauce I can have by itself, it's so good. If their waffle fries are seasoned, they don't need anything else (hit or miss on that one). The sweet tea is delicious, and I do love their regular chicken sandwich. The chicken nuggets are different (small), but still good. The line can be a bit hard to maneuver, but it's constantly moving. Definitely on my list of comfort foods. read more

This location, while in a sketchy area, maintains the amazing customer service of all great Chick-Fil-As... everything is always fresh and great. Even during busy lunch hours when lines are long, the food is fresh and the wait is still less than 10 minutes. read more

This chick-fil-a 50% of the time server the drive though line at Macdonalds speed and the other half of the time it looks like they dropped all the food on the floor and walked all over it before packinging it up and serving it. I just waited in line for 20 minutes and when I got to the window, all I needed was an ice cream cone. I waited another six minutes for them to bring an ice cream cone. What can I say....Chickafila sets the standard for what customer service and good fast food so be. It was a busy lunch period with stay at home moms, toddlers running around and that lunch rush. I ordered my usual #1 with large waffle fries, and sweet tea. I added the coleslaw and was sadly disappointed by the overly running liquid. It was unexpected and not what I had hoped. I love the little cups of extra pickles because 2 pickles are not enough on my sandwich. Overall, this was an great what I have come to expected visit. Waited in line at the drive thru for twenty minutes. I ended up jumping out of line because I had to get back to work. No lunch for me today! Any other location I go to they have people outside taking your order in an attempt to speed things along. Not this location. This spot has terrible service and is the slowest moving chick-fil-a I have ever been to! Lunch is at 10:30 and I'm in the drive-through at 10:28 and they said they can't do my lunch order . I am now sitting here at 10:35 and still have not been able to make my order or have moved from my spot . But an employee did finally come up to my window after noticing I was still sitting there .. Every chick fil a I've been to they've been more than accommodating- until this one. As much as I love chic fil a, this location is always very slow. I find myself waiting 30 minutes or more just to order and get my food. Something needs to be done because at this point, I'd rather drive a little bit out of my way then go to this location.
