We pulled in at 9:45 hoping to grab two ice cream comes after an awful day (my friend dying) to be treated terribly by the manager and one employee. After checking out they handed us two small cups of ice cream and walk off next time someone walks by we ask for cones or a small fri since this is not what we ordered. He told us it was are fault for coming "at close" and they were "out of cones" (we could see the cones) and if we wanted fries it would be $2.56. This location needs a drive thru redesign!!!! I'm tired of people not knowing how to use the drive thru and cutting in line as they enter the parking lot. It's clearly marked on the ground that you get in line between the cones right as you turn in. You DON'T drive past the drive thru window to get in line!!!! The service and food here has never been a problem. The franchise owner doesn't give out many free promotional items when using the app, which is very upsetting!!!! You've lost a lot of my business for that. Most of you will never know what it's like to just have an offer for a free sandwich in the app randomly. Never saw a Chick-Fil-A with only three stars before... now I know why. I don't have a CFA where I live so whenever I am somewhere there is one I go. I was up this way last year and they were closed for what I assume was a remodel. The lot is small and people cut you off or pull up too much and you can't get out. Design flaw, that's a corporate issue. The sad looking 100% pre made and thrown in the bag cold sandwich and cold fries were biggest disappointment. Not sure how it was even possible when the flow of traffic outside was constant. I'll save the dissatisfaction next time and just drive over to the Markham or something. Only place I know that you have to fight to keep your place in line while dodging pedestrians and listing to the employees scream at the drivers to move up or to stay put in line until their turn. I have never been disappointed in the service I receive at Chick-fil-A but this location and many others in Arkansas you will be disappointed. They don't have the friendly customer service that comes along with the brand. They either have nasty attitudes or your order is wrong but it wasn't what I expected coming from a Chick-fil-A. Just recently I was overcharged and given something I didn't order and on top of that the food wasn't fully cooked. So it was my first time going to chik-fil-a, I've had their food before but it was my first experience ordering and picking the food up at a location. My fiancé asked for the menu and the chick in the drive thru was not happy that we did not know what we wanted but we both got the same thing after not even a minute of looking over the not so extensive menu. We'd been given a gift card each but I only scratched the back of one, so do you know what drive thru chick does? She pockets my unused gift card the chicken sandwiches we ordered wasn't anything special and the fries were okay but it was the sauce which made it all edible. Btw, they forgot to put our sauces in the bag so we had to loop back around for the sauce. I was told that chic fil a was supposed to have top quality service and the best employees but obviously this location isn't it. I'm disappointed and out an unused gift card. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and will not be back to this location. I had an extremely rude interaction with a man who was outside directing traffic when I was trying to figure out where the like started due to it being wrapped around the building. He told me that the like had been the same since august and walked off. When I called to discuss this interaction, no one answered the first three times I called. I don't think you'll find a better place in metro Little Rock for fast food chicken; their sandwiches are a cut above the rest. The McCain Avenue restaurant is in the Lowe's parking lot, and it's almost always busy. My favorite menu item is the char-grilled chicken club sandwich - it's wonderful. The waffle cut fries are also a favorite of mine. The food is a bit more expensive than a typical fast food restaurant, but it's much better as well. Most fast food restaurants seem to have staff members that could care less if you're there. Chick-Fil-A must be doing something right, because the staff always seems to be courteous, helpful, and fast. My kids love to go there since they have an indoor play area. read more

Political controversy aside, this place is realllly good. It lives up to it's creed of being the best at poultry. In terms of fast food, it provides a great quality product. During this my first visit, I had the grilled chicken club combo which included a sandwich, cross cut fries, and a delightful lemonade made with splenda. The grilled chicken was moist, tender, and warm, the cheese nicely melted, the bacon a flavorful center cut, all this centered between a kaiser roll. The french fries were thick slices, nicely seasoned, and fried to the perfect crisp. The lemonade was very lemony and sweet, hard to believe it was diet. A restaurant that espouses a strong faith in God and backs it up with good food, is alright with me! read more

Very busy. I asked the cashier and told me that this was slow for them. I would hate to be here when it is really busy. The food and service was excellent. The restaurant is very clean. They had enough people working to take care of the lobby and drive-thru. Didn't have to wait long for food. They had a play area for the kids and it was great.
