Best Sharks hands down they don't play. People complaining about the service everyone has their bad days where they're tired or don't feel the best. We come here enough to know that it doesn't affect how good our food always tastes. We get the catfish filet it's always good and the fries too they put extra seasoning for us because we love it so much. Hushpuppies are also top tier. read more

Just moved here and this down the street. Nothing to look at from the outside, but the food is sooo great! We had the fried shrimp, catfish, hush puppies, frog legs, and the coleslaw: would get them all again. It is just a nice clean taste. The ladies up front have always been nice also. Very affordable when it comes to the wings! Whereas Hooters is over $1 for a tiny wing, Shark's gives you both the drum and flats (~9 pieces) along with fries, bread, and cole slaw for under $9! Their lemon pepper dry season is awesome and goes perfect with the wings. Their coleslaw is one of my favorites and tastiest I've had in years. I also tried their fried livers which were very overcooked, dried and burnt tasting... Wont be getting that again But I'll definitely be getting their fried gizzards again! From the look of the exterior of the building and the empty parking lot; at the time of our visit... I really wasn't sure what to expect. Once inside the place was clean. There were only about four tables for dinning in. It was a two man operation, the cashier/order-taker and the cook. I noticed most people called in their orders. Since it was my first time visiting and I was extremely hungry... I wanted to try a little of everything and enjoy at the location. I ordered from the pick three (3) fish combo menu. My order consisted of: 3 catfish steaks, 3 jumbo shrimp (I do mean jumbo); 3 Chicken wings; a very small coleslaw (I mean very small); bed of french fries; and two slices of bread. A lot of food to say the least! The food was cooked to order and served piping hot by the cashier/order-taker; who brought the food to our table. Everything was seasoned very well and tasted great! While eating at the establishment, I had an opportunity to see the mad rush. So yes, it can get a little busy and you may have to wait a little for your order, if you didn't call in advance. I was looking for a place to eat after church on Sunday. Was driving up and down Kiehl Inn Sherwood to see if I had missed a restaurant. Was parked across Kiehl from sharks looking up some stuff on here. And saw sharks right in front of me looked up the reviews and the side to try it. Wanted to sit down restaurant not take out. Walk then there were three tables that is all.Walked up to the counter and started asking a very lovely young black lady named Dominique about their menu and what was offered. I wanted a combo of Shrimp and fish and asked a few questions about the sides that were offered. I got a two piece fish with 15 shrimp I believe with fries hush puppies and coleslaw. The coleslaw was not on the plate it was in a plastic a small plastic container. Two large pieces of fish Piled high on the plate on the plate with one piece of Loaf bread.It was a lot of food. I kinda laughed when she brought the food to me because it was so much and she explained that I could get a to go box of Coors course. It was good food. I got an orange drink and when I ran out I just walked up to get a refill and she grabbed a cup and I told her I wanted some unsweet tea and she filled it for me and well she got me a new cup that's what it was. Terrible customer experience. Ordered food for 17 people with a three hour notice, payment was made and confirmation number received. Pretty good! I almost always get chicken or fish with okra or fries. I had the gyro once and it was pretty bad; however, I must say that I think it's because I just don't like gyros. I tried one once more at Taziki's, and it was equally bad. Their fried fish is awesome. read more
