I'll admit it. I used to scoff at the mention of Chic-Fil-A. How could a fast food joint ever do anything well? Over the last few years I've had the privilege of knowing friends who work for and interact with this company on a daily basis, thus I've been able to see what really goes on under the hood. The endless stories of kindness and genuine care that come out of Chic-fil-a stores and offices opened my heart up to the check out their food. Since exploring their menu, I've fallen in love with their chicken sandwich. I know I know, this isn't fine dining, but for a quick meal on a busy afternoon, their deluxe grilled chicken sandwich hits the spot. Their side salads are also quality too. My favorite part about this particular store, is how kind the employees are. I just encourage you to give Chic-fil-A a try. In a world of terrible fast food, they do it right. Always get good service at any Chick Fil-A i go to , i was driving by one day and was hungry and though i stop by and get the usual a chicken sandwich with a drink and some fries and it is always fresh and tasty and it is warm and melts in your mouth, the fries are also very good and the prices are decent and the wait is very limited. Chick-fil-A really is the best fast food place as far as service, and this location in particular really stands out. The employees are extremely nice, perky people (but an honest kind of perky, not that fake annoying perky). It is amazing, and a bit jarring if you come in early in the morning. The cashier we had was so happy to refill my coffee that even a huge morning grouch like me has to smile about it. There are so many nice touches here. On my recent visit I saw they had a basket with cups of cheerios available for little kids. OMG that is adorable! This is a solid 5-star place for families with little kids. Another plus is this store supports local schools! My kids have been out here for several car washes and they sell Chick-fil-A cards for fundraisers. So that's awesome, knowing they help out the schools makes me feel better about my fast food purchase. =) read more

I spilled my coffee, i understand that's annoying but he just looked at me and goes "oopsies" in the most condescending voice I've ever heard then walks away... doesn't have anyone come help me clean it up and doesn't offer to even get me a water or another coffee. This Chick-fil-A deserves high praise for its consistent outstanding customer service and satisfying chicken sandwiches. Too often we go to a fast food restaurant and receive horrendous service but Chick-fil-A is definitely the exception. The employees here are always polite and they know how to take care of their customers. You'll notice it's their pleasure to take your order, to provide you your requested Polynesian sauce, to refill your drink, bring your order to your table, etc. This service sets them apart from the rest and their long lines are a testament to their excellent service. This used to be the best Chick-fil-A in the country! Fast Service, even with a congested parking area. They used to have 2 lines during lunch rush to alleviate the traffic tie ups and you could still park and go in- now you can't even park in the lot during lunch, because there are so many cars clogging up the entrance off university which leaves the lot and restaurant virtually empty. The food is as expected, excellent and the new team seems to work well together. If you use the mobile app - do carry out & just park behind the gas station or at BWW next door, because if you actually get past the confusion for drive thru - you have to wait in that insane line to get your order. read more

This location is not organized at all. There are two lanes for drive thru. The lane on the left, closest to the building, has an employee sitting up front in a chair, while the one on the right lane walks to the end taking orders. She takes far less orders while the right lane has waited on well over 5-10 cars. I got stuck in this lane. If only one person is going to walk they need to go back and forth to make it fair. I am now put in a parking spot for a tray of 20 minis and have officially now been here 20 mins and still no food. I have been to many chick fil a's that do not park you for a small tray of minis. I told this girl that this was my point. I have now been here waiting for my food long enough to write this well deserved negative review. I asked what happened to the two lines and the employee stated that the old management used to allow the two lines, but the new management did not. The food was great. But I did leave abruptly after I spilled a drink in the playground area. I grabbed the Busser immediately to make them aware of my mistake. I also offered to clean it up. I could tell she was mad. So I offered again. I'm happy to clean up after my mess. She said no again. She walked away to get spray and napkins. I could tell she was really annoyed, she made that very clear. She made the comment "welp this really cant be cleaned up." I'm assuming because of the rubber flooring. Then she asked me to take my closed bag of leftover kids meal out of the room along with the ice. Her attitude over a simple accident was incredibly unwelcoming. So we just left. I'm really sorry we spilled a drink. I really don't want to get this girl in trouble. But she definitely could use a snickers or possibly a break for her to get that upset over a spilled drink. Today, however, I got back to the office and the fries were missing for one of my co-workers. I called the restaurant and Mercedes delivered the missing part of our order to the office.
