This Chick-fil-a has a place in my heart. I've been going to this Chick-fil-a for around 5 years since i moved here and they haven't disappointed me since. From the quick line to the family friendly activities (like free balloons to the free ice cream for kids) this place can't be beat. Today i went turning 3:45pm on a Tuesday (gotcha turning up) and i went through the drive thru. I had a question about the sandwiches and the girl kindly answered me. Was in the line for about 4 minutes and i was greeted by a friendly smile and my chicken tenders and a lemonade. Then quickly went to sauce line and received yet again a warm smile and some Polynesian sauce. Overall this Chick-fil-a have delicious food, kind service , quick service, and a family friendly environment. I highly recommend this place because by far this is a definite go to. read more

I have mix feelings about this chickfila, they are a hit or miss. I can come at one time and the service is excellent. I come at another time my food looks like its thrown together, although still delicious, thrown together nonetheless. They are so busy, i feel like they rush you through and sometimes they just miss the mark. Each time they have corrected my order but I hate to get out of the car for something that should have been done right. I will not stop going to this chickfila unless they build one closer to my house. Until then, please tighten up. read more

I don't know exactly what it is, but I just love this Chick-Fil-A. It might be my most favorite fast food joint ever. It could be that the customer service is just THAT good at this business, or It good be that they serve a superb chicken sandwich?! There's something about the ease of getting in and out of this location that makes it so convenient. Even in this busy part of the day, usually during lunch time or right after people get off of work. If you go inside and order... you are usually in and out in less that 6 minutes. You may have to wait a little longer if you use the drive-thru though. You already know how long those drive-thru lines get!! I've tried most of what they offer, but I think my favorite would have to be the spicy chicken deluxe. Especially since recently I've discovered it (wrapped in lettuce). For those who want the same great flavor and lose the carbs, try it! Other than that, probably the only thing I can complain about is the amount of fries they give you, but still pretty darn delicious. read more

I love the 3 piece chicken strip meal with magical Chick-Fil-A sauce. Get in mah belly. My kids gobble up the nuggets. The play place is a madhouse, but clean. Much cleaner than McDonald's where my youngest once got punched. The staff is always friendly and fast and gets the orders right in the drive-through, which shouldn't be hard since it's just putting shapes into a bag but Taco Bell across the street just can't seem to do it. Don't let the long double line fool you. This is one of the most well run and efficient CFAs out there. When they had the mobile carry out they would always get orders wrong but since they went away with that the service has been much better. Highly recommend using the drive thru versus parking since you'll more than likely get blocked in. read more

Very overrated. Food is not worth the high prices. They don't fix issue when your order is wrong. They have ridiculous prices and the amount of food you get is very small. The nuggets, strips, wraps and salad all taste the same, it's no variety. Flora doesn't want to replace order and won't give you a refund even if you bring food back. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. If I could give this location a lower score I would because they gave me food poisoning. This caused me to go to the emergency room, miss multiple days from work and now I've got a medical bill all over a 8-12$ meal from this chick-fil-a When I called to let the manager know, they did nothing but give me the number to escalate it higher. I even called headquarters and they assured me that the operations manager would get in contact with me however I haven't heard anything back. I actually like Chick-fil-A too but this experience is leaving a really bad taste in my mouth and I would not recommend them anymore. read more

This location use to be my favorite. The last 2 times I have been here though have made it to where I don't ever want to go back. My girlfriend has a severe tomato allergy so when we ordered her food we specified no tomatoes. We get the order the receipt I got says on it no tomato, the receipt on the bag says no tomato and on the box for the sandwich it says no tomato. The sandwich had tomatoes on it. Decided today to give this location another chance and ordered the chicken biscuit with bacon added on. Not only did they not put the bacon on the biscuit, they also didn't put chicken on it and only gave me a biscuit. Needless to say this location has lost a customer. read more

The restaurant is always very crowded, but the service is good. The staff are friendly and helpful. The dining area and bathrooms are clean. The drive-in is very fast, and they always get the order right. The food is Chik-fil-A. The kids get kids meals, and I get the market salad with avocado-lime ranch, that is some tasty dressing. I know its unpopular to give Chik-Fil-A anything less than 4 stars but I gotta say...I just don't see what the hype is about. I've eaten Chik-Fil-A off and on for about 5 years now and it always sits in that "i'm sort of tired of EVERYTHING else but would still rather drive somewhere than cook something" pile. I think my biggest complaint is the spartan menu that's really only 2 items: The chicken sandwich and a couple of variations on it...and then a salad. (I know that literally there are some other auxiliary choices like the chicken salad sandwich and chicken nuggets, but no one in the documented history of mankind has ever ordered them). But seriously, to me it's just not that awesome. Most of the time when I order a sandwich the breading is all soft, soaked in pickle juice, and the chicken is cooked so long it turns into stringy chicken dental floss. But I never speak up because everyone around me is eating like we've been trapped in a well for 2 weeks and this is the first edible morsel they've ever seen. I wanted to give it a 2 rating because it feels so majorly overrated, but to their credit, the service is amazing and that place is sterile clean. We went to this chickfila around lunchtime with my mom. She ordered the chicken wrap and to drink she wanted a coffee. They told us we would have to wait 7 mins for the coffee, because the one they had was old. They made her freshly brewed coffee. Very, very poor management here. Ordered 2 sandwiches and a salad. Got home and realized they shorted us a sandwich, which I get it, stuff happens and people make mistakes. Impressed with their service during 'lunch hour' and how efficient the girl took my order. My PROBLEM was when I got to the window and paid by credit card, I first noticed the employee wrapped my credit card with my receipt and then before handing it to me she 'accidentally' dropped my card while her hand was still inside and only handed me the receipt. Had I not noticed my credit card slipping from her fingers, I would've driven off without it and probably would have gotten credit card fraud. I had to ask her three times to give me my card back, she was acting dumb founded but eventually bent down to retrieve it and gave me back my card. I can never seem to come to the Pearland and Kirby CFA locations and get good, hot, fresh cookies. I've come early in the morning, during lunch time, during the 3:30 after school time, and even after 6 and whenever I've come 9/10 times the cookie will be crisp and hard. If I want crisp, hard cookies I can get Nabisco...if I want warm/fresh I come to CFA in hopes that I can find it. Most of the times the cookies are on a warmer, but they're still not warm.
