I ordered a Deluxe Chicken Sandwich and was disappointed with the quality. The chicken was cold, and the cheese was not melted. When I asked if it could be fixed or remade, I was told they couldn't do anything about it. Poor food quality and poor customer service. It's great! The breakfast is by far my favorite! I got the chicken, egg, cheese biscuit. It's honestly so good the hash browns and burrito were too the iced coffee wasn't too sweet. If there's one thing about me, it's that I'm addicted to Chick-fil-A, sweet tea. And addiction is calling it lightly. With that being said, I am at a lot of Chick-fil-A's. I've tried literally everyone in the Pensacola mobile area and by far navy is my number one. Jessica and Tabitha have been two of my regular staff that I encounter more than once a week and it never fails, they are going to make me feel like there is not a cloud in their sky. I have never seen the first cross look or remark from them. Always smiling, always cheerful. One time I saw Jessica run from the drive-through window to the red light because a man forgot his drink. Even my husband was honking and cheering her on, along with four other cars in line. It is just a little things that make this Chick-fil-A better than others and I think it's the humanity part in today's society that is missing that this Chick-fil-A gives. Took two hours to deliver my food because of a 'glitch in the system' from what the driver told me when she got here , couldn't even get ahold of the store , didnt update me on any type of status in the delivery and right after i placed an order for pizza instead , i get a notification that they arrived. We drove up with about 30 cars in line. It was 12:45 pm, still during the peak lunch hour. How long will this take? Well, they had a veritable army of "servers" (I really don't know what to call them anymore) armed with tablets and every one with a smile and helpful and telling us what to do and asking the right questions. So, this location is one of only a few in the Pensacola area (that I've seen since being here about 6 weeks). I don't often write reviews for places with drive-thru windows (no shade), but just not for fast food. This Chick-fil-A has some super nice employees (as most do), and their service is always fast and accurate, even when they have the typical lunch rush (they are located between the two Navy bases). Overall, I have visited this location several times, and have never had any complaints. However, it takes more than that to get a 5 star review from me. It's raining so their service goes right out the window. Only one side of drive through it taking orders. Not a person, the machine. I'm stuck in the line so I just drive through. I get to the window and tell them I want two drinks. And that the one side isn't working. She said oh we know. The lighting messed it up. I said someone should go out and put a sign up or close the lane. Then I had to pull over and wait for coffee. It's about 250 in the afternoon. By far the worst chickfila I have ever gone to. I have yet to have a positive experience at this chickfila. I have continued to give them multiple chances because I really like chickfila, but this is the worst chickfila I have ever been to. They have messed up my order on multiple occasions. Giving me chicken biscuits when I've asked for chicken minis. Given me small coffees when I've asked for large. Given me the wrong amount of sauces or no sauces at all. There mobile ordering app is messed upon and doesn't show the correct opening times. Probably because they don't open on time some days. I also waited in line for 10 minutes with only two people in front of me before I decided to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. In this same time period I watched more then 5 cars go through the drive thru. I usually have positive experiences with chickfila, but this chickfila continues to disappoint. I completely understand messing up here and there. But there is no excuse for the continuous disappointment that comes with coming to this chickfila. read more

I come here often hoping that maybe the last experience was just some fluke. But every time I come to this specific location I always end up with barely any chicken on anything I order. The name is "Chick fil a" not "Bread fil a". I've been to many across the US but this one is consistently the worst I've ever been to. I love Chick-fil-a as a company, but this particular store is the worst one I've been to. They ignore you when you ask them questions (not while they are busy), they forget things in my order every single time, they always have an attitude, and some people just simply need more training. I was on my shirt lunch break and they forgot multiple things in my order. I told someone at the very beginning of the drive thru and he said "Okay? Just go through the line and tell them at the window," and I had to waste 15 minutes of my lunch break going through the line again. read more

People are really nice and always greet you and look to help you. It is a fast food type of place but generally healthier than wendys or McDonalds (anything is better than McDonalds). What was a cool addition to their menu is the greek yogurt. Thats really the only dessert ive gotten from there and i really enjoyed it, though i wish the portion was a little more for about 3 bucks. Something really cool which im not used to from fast food restaurants is they bring the food to your table. Me being from NY yeah its self service pretty much all the time with the exception of a few places. If you end up coming here you have to try their chick file sauce (not sure if i spelled it right) you will thank me later. The staff will always say "its our pleasure" which i think is nice of them. This Chick-fil-A is terrible. Great customer service, awful satisfaction. I live close and have given them so many chances. They are so inconsistent and forget a full menu item on my order almost every time I'm there. There is usually a lot of staff working and always someone to "help" you but somehow my order is never correct......leading me to believe they aren't managed well. Very frustrating when you pay for things and don't receive them or it's a completely wrong order. It's sad because it seems like they're trying really hard but just can't. It hurts my soul to rate any Chick-fil-A so low but this location has disappointed my husband and I time and time again. The biggest complaint is that the nuggets are TOTALLY hit or miss. There have been multiple times that we have ordered nuggets only for them to come out looking strange and tasting like they are covered in some sort of chemical. I can't even describe the taste it's so awful. We have tried taking them back when we are dining in just to let them know something isn't right and each time the team members have argued with us and told us we were just making things up. One time they did actually give us new nuggets - which tasted the exact same - only for the team member to say she tasted them herself before bringing them out and they tasted perfectly normal. I may have questioned myself if my husband hadn't had the same reaction - as well as two tables next to us. And I may have let this go (although even ONE experience with nuggets tasting like this is one too many) but this has happened 4 different times. Probably more, but I stopped ordering nuggets after the 4th time. On top of the nuggets being horrid, they almost never get my order right when going through the drive through. My husband and I are avid Chick-fil-A fans and supporters but this location has come close to turning us off of Chick-fil-A, which is saying something. read more
