This Chick-fil-a is pretty awful and it needs to be completely revamped. Chick-fil-a has to know that this location is extremely high traffic. Please create a better system to move the customers right along. I'm very disappointed to still be in line, curating my review, while taking a lunch break from work because it's taking this long to order and receive my food. The employees that are outside taking orders are nice but somewhat unorganized and just seem lost. The employees inside as well. They do not seem equipped with the typical functionalities that other Chick-fil-as have at their other locations. This location is clearly a very populated area and I've seen Chick-fil-as have multiple drive-thrus, a lot of employees inside/outside taking orders with tablets and payment scanning devices at their fingertips. This location did not have all the bells and whistles. Very sad. Food was fresh and hot. That's where the 3 stars came from. This is the absolute slowest and most unorganized Chick-fil-a I've ever experienced. read more

Coming to this location made me realize how spoiled other chick-fil-a restaurants have made me. I wanted to give 2 stars but that would be punishing them because they are popular. If this were any other fast food location this would be considered fast service (there would be less folks in line) but still knowing the amount of people patronizing this location, they could be doing way better! Anyway the food is consistently good so no complaints there. You do have another flow of customers that come up to the collection window so it gets confusing. There has to be better methods for app ordering if that is what is taking place. There are panhandlers just beyond the collection window but they respectfully wear masks and usually have a sign with their requests. In closing, this location could do so much better to service the amount of customers there. They are probably losing customers that decide not to continue waiting. They need to invest in making the entire process more efficient! read more

Good Afternoon to my Yelp Family!!! I recently visited this location on Aramingo Avenue. I ordered the grilled chicken nuggets with waffle fries. I ordered a small order. I believe there were about 7 nuggets. I always enjoy the food here. This is probably my favorite of all the fast food places. There is a lot of parking here and there were a lot of tables in the eatery. Chloe, the cashier, smiled and was warm and polite. I will definitely visit this location again. See ya! This spot was once one of the best Chik Fil A's in the city. It's understaffed and overwhelmed by a huge crowd of drive through patrons daily. Before discovered by those living outside Port Richmond, it was a great place to eat Now the food is sloppily slapped together, the chicken is dry and overcooked. This is hands down the worst chick-fil-a in terms of customer service that I've been to, and I've been to many. The wait is always super long no matter what time of day and you can tell it's from lack of team efficiency. On my most recent visit today, I had to wait the usual half an hour (20 mins after the app said my food was ready for carry out). I didn't realize till I got him that both meals I ordered came with no fries. And on top of that, I bit into one of the sandwiches and the meat inside had a really weird and rather large dark spot that made me not want to eat any food from them ever again. Please at least avoid this location at all costs. I'm not even someone that writes reviews often, and usually it has to get pretty bad before I do. When cold or allergies are not plaguing her, we patronize local fare in her neighborhood. I generally don't patronize "fast-food" establishments. I only visit them with mom. One of her favorites is Chick-fil-a. We often visit this Chick-fil-A. The facility is clean and organized. The counter staff is attentive and courteous. The food is good and the prices reasonable. Notable is the employees offering to remove cups, cartons, and misc food paraphernalia when the diner is clearly finished eating. This effort is appreciated. Do other fast-food chains offer this amenity? Try the grilled and sliced chicken breast, nestled in a fresh mix of Green Leaf lettuce with shredded red cabbage and carrots and a blend of shredded Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheeses, tightly rolled in a flaxseed flour flat bread. First off, I'll go over the bad here. Because most people know why Chick-Fil-A is amazing already. The drive-thru here is like waiting at the DMV for your license. It takes forever. Pro-Tip: Go inside and eat, or ask them for it to go. It's 100x faster. That's it. That's all that's bad about this place. The food is amazing, the service is amazing, the bathrooms are the best. Last two visits my order has been incorrect. Last week I ordered two egg white grills. Got fried chicken instead of grilled. Today I ordered two egg white grills, they are shown on the menu board served on English muffins. Gurl at the drive-through window said two egg white grills on biscuits. It took this place over 20 minutes to get our food to us. None of the employees were helpful. Luv this place & the food. Staff so nice it's weird not use to such good, polite helpful service on the stretch of Aramingo ave. The tall older manager (think he's bald) has delivered food to my place of employment a few times and he is always very pleasant and sets everything out so neat & orderly, today someone stole our cokes off of him while he was walking in to deliver.....smh, anyway he returned few minutes later with two cokes & some very good coupons for free salad! First, the girl taking the drive-thru order was very rude and kept rushing the order, didn't even greeted us. Second, I told the one taking the payment that they needed to talk with the girl taking the order because she was very rude. (Didn't even waited until I left, told all of them right away). Third, They gave me the wrong order. I went back to change it. The girl on the window, took back the sandwich and opened it up to make sure it was wrong (no gloves, touched the bun). She then gave it to the person in the back making the sandwich and handed it back to me. I asked if that was the same one, she said yes. I told her that I wanted a new one because she touched the bun with no gloves. (She argued that she didn't, I told her I saw her). She handed it back to "give me a new one" (but I noticed it was the same one. Fourth, I parked and went inside of the restaurant to return the sandwich because I was already skeptical about what they did on the back and also about her giving me the same sandwich that she already touched with no gloves. The manager was very professional and with no problem he gave me my money back! Moral of the story: If you feel that something is wrong with your food, it's because it is! So don't eat it. read more

I had always loved this place. In the last two months the place has REALLY changed. Staff people were not warm. They were carrying on conversations the entire time i was at the drive thru. This past week they were totally out of bread. They did not offer or give sauces for chicken nuggets. The last two times they forgot to include a spoon or fork with the Cole slaw at the drive through. When I went back and told them it had been forgotten and asked for one they never said they were sorry. They just handed me the spoon and went on with their conversation with the other employee. Love this place. I went during the week on a Tuesday afternoon for lunch. The cashier was very knowledgeble and friendly, and offered some of the dipping sauce for fries. People were in the restaurant quiet and orderly, no loud ignorant people that I encountered. I even had someone hold the door for me going in and holding the door for me leaving! very nice.
