This is the worst Chick Fil A I have ever been to. Unfortunately, its the closest one near my job. Nearly every time I come here there is an issue. They are so slow. No matter if I go through the drive though or pick up in store. I always use the app but it aways takes a really long time to get my food. Most recently I ordered on the app and went in to pick up my order. I ordered while in Walmart then slow walked across the long parking lot to get the food. When I get there the app says my food was ready but I had to wait. When the food came out I peeked in the bag and saw that 2 tortilla strips packages were not there so I asked for them. I should have checked throughly! I was also missing my salad dressing. So now I am eating this salad with french dressing from home instead of balsamic vinaigrette. I checked the receipt and yes I had ordered it. The staff couldn't be bothered to make sure the order was correct. At least if you are going to be slow, at least be accurate! read more

This is by FAR THEE ABSOLUTE RUDEST encounter yet-that I've personally had at any chick-fil-a establishment and it's all thanks to the manager BLAKE!!! I ordered a 4 count chicken strip meal for my son and I..my son had a lemonade with and upcharge of $0.30 additional for the lemonade and that's normal, I had a seasonal key lime milkshake with and additional upcharge of $2.36 for a large milkshake which is also with in the normal upcharge pricing when you elect not to have the regular medium soda that comes with the meal. I tasted my milkshake and something about it did no taste right and I wanted to exchange my milkshake for the regular medium size coke that comes with the meal. The cashier Destiny was very polite smiled and made the coke for me and called over the manager BLAKE to do the price difference. Upon Blake coming over he already looked upset and he never once said anything to me he just gave me 2 quarters and one nickel and I said ...wait, I paid an additional $2.36 plus tax for the upcharge why are you only giving me back $0.55 and he said I already gave you back too much money as it as, and said here and put a nickel on the counter top and said here... I did not touch the nickel I just said you know what it doesn't matter and I just thanked The cashier Destiny for making the soda for me and she insisted on giving me the nickel that Blake placed on the counter. I was with my son eating and my son saw that I wasn't enjoying myself because Blake had made me upset at this point that I couldn't even enjoy my meal. I went back up to the counter to speak to Blake again...because I wasn't understanding his math of giving me $0.55 or the $0.60 and I explained to him that I should've gotten back the upcharge pricing that I paid additional for and Blake said the soda was $1.69 and you said the milkshake was $2.13 and I said no, the milkshake was an additional $2.36 but you shouldn't be doing math from the $1.69 price of the medium soda because that's what's originally included in the $8.09 for the meal and he said your right- but Look You can't just go to a business and return something because you don't like it and I said people return or exchange things all the time at different business, but right now i am here at this restaurant-at Chick Fil A---Blake said I can't come to your JOB and ask for a refund because I don't want or like something ..and I just looked at him and I was thinking that he doesn't even know my profession l-he is now looking at me and judging me... and assuming I'm in the restaurant business or Sales of some sort my saying to me that he can't come to my job to return something ...He was trying to embarrass at this point, and make me feel small. Blake had a scary-angry face on with wide eyes while he was talking to me and looking at my receipt as if he just wanted me to leave him alone...but I did NOT want to stoop to his level and disrespect him back in the manner that he was embarrassing me as others on-looked and nor did I want to make a scene because it seemed as if he thought I was going to make a scene. Blake ruined my meal, I should of returned my whole meal because at this point I didn't want anything this chic fil a had to offer. Blake tried to intimidate me and he even had the audacity to say the problem is that you didn't want it, you didn't like it that's not my problem, I shouldn't of gave you nothing back, I shouldn't of had even given you the exchange for the soda..and just walked away and i went back to my seat with my son. Never in my chick fil a loving life did I think I would have this kind of experience at a chick-fil -a ...especially not from a manager ...This experience today truly dampened my evening, I called their customer service hotline and spoke to a rep name Majestic and I am hoping to hear that my experience will be taken seriously so that at the very least the-Operator Duane can have a conversation with Blake about how he treated me today. You know when you work hard all week and you go into a restaurant especially a chic fil a --you expect to enjoy your outing because you can tell by how well polished all of the other employees are that chic fil a values their customers and I would put chic fil a as a magnet fast food chain ..one of my favorite fast food restaurants hands down...but today was huge disappointment...I would like to thank my cashier Destiny and the gentlemen that were working the dinning room area for being very polite to my son and I....and to Blake aside from you not giving me back the correct change and you giving me an angry face and acting as if You wish I would of just kept my mouth shut...sir I hope that your day gets better, if you are having a bad day please don't take it out on customers...and don't make assumptions about customers. On 2 different occasions (because I gave them a second chance) they had prepared my orders incorrectly. 1st time: I requested milk with my coffee. Received my order with cream - in which I am unable to have because it makes me nauseous it's why I requested milk! Then my bowl of food had no utensils or napkins, was I supposed to eat my food in the bowl with the coffee stirrer that was included along with the creams I didn't ask for? 2nd chance: there was a staff taking order with her iPad. I carefully asked if you guys had milk because I cannot drink cream, she said yes. I said ok. Proceeded to the next station where another staff gave me my receipt. What did it say?! Coffee w/ sugar ‍. Proceeded to the pickup window, got my order, checked the bag, what was in it?! JUST SUGAR! Luckily I checked before leaving trusting that my order was correct! I told the staff what I ordered and that your co-worker reassured me that I will get what I asked for. This was when I found out from them that they DON'T HAVE MILK! This isn't a problem for me if I was told at first instead of just misleading me. I am a customer! Do you not want business?! Just do your job! I don't know what else to say. I continue to Grubhub Chicfila at the Tower Roosevelt Blvd location and they continue to forget straws, sauces, salad dressings and toppings. Absolutely terrible. Very unorganized. They have drive through customers parking behind their building and in the pep boys next door parking lot because they don't have your order ready when you get to the window. The wait was about 20 mins for our food then our order was missing items. I had to get out my car and go up to the window then the workers gave me attitude. We waited 50 minutes in a drive through where I could see 4 employees sitting in the booths on phones and eating. They always have tremendously slow service and have made mistakes on our orders. This is THE WORST chick-fil-A I've EVER been to. When they first opened up, I was very excited because I usually travel a good distance to get Chick-fil-A. This one is closer to where I live. I'd rather drive the distance than to ever come back to this one (Northeast Tower). There are a few staff in there that are nice, but most of them are young kids that are just rude and careless.
