What does Chick-fil-A do at this particular location during a pandemic. They shut down indefinitely. I went there to grab food but they were closed. Just recently they opened back up. What did Chick-fil-A do? They turned a negative situation into a positive! At the beginning of the pandemic hitting here. Things were shut down except for grocery stores, alcoholic businesses, drug stores and gas stations. Paper products became extinct. Toilet paper, paper towels, nose tissues! But what did this Chick-fil-A do? They purchased the Dairy Queen next door that only sold ice cream via drive thru. Extending their parking lot. Remodeled their kitchen and turned their pick- up window into a door way so employees can bring the food out to the cars. They are now 2 lanes all the way. From ordering until the drive thru delivery; or shall I state drive thru walk the food out to hand to the those placing the order. Personally, I order my sandwich, side salad, and vinaigrette dressing along with an unsweetened tea. Then snag a waffle fri from another family members order. I sample a potato, get my greens, get my junk food junkie on with the sandwich! Although, I get yelled at, I remind them it's within the family. And they wouldn't be eating it if I hadn't spent the time in the crazy drive thru. read more

Excellent service per usual. I love how they have the ropes up to direct the line & there's always a cashier saying they can take a customer. There's not much room to wait since it's at the mall food court, but they're quick and step from behind the counter to give your food to you. I've been here a couple of times and for a food court, I was impressed. Both times correct orders. Food tasted great and friendly service. Staff even cleaned up around me when eating. This is a great addition to Lynnhaven Mall. read more

Mall foodcourt version of my favorite fast food place ever. With the recent renovations at Lynnhaven mall (last two years or so) everything got a sprucing up including this Chick-Fil-A location. It's open concept and has a fast-moving line with friendly staff. I've never waited an exceptionally long time here - even if the line is pretty long during busy weekends or holiday shopping events. I work part-time at the mall so I eat here maybe once or twice a month on a regular basis before or after work - no complaints - it's consistent. read more

Line is often long, which can be expected but it usually moves pretty fast. Workers are friendly and patient. I've never had any problems with food quality here. Everything seems to come out hot and fresh. One time I was one of 10 people waiting on the side for my food to be ready and that was a bit awkward because it is difficult to try and stay out of the way of those coming and going. read more

This location is no different as can be attested to by it normally having the longest lines in the food court. However, I wanted to commend Dechelle. She was extra nice and helpful and made my quick and casual snacking purchase special. It is friendly service like this that distinguish the merely good business establishments from the truly great ones. I'm not really a mall person so I don't get out this way very often but on those occasions when I do this Chick-fil-A is a nice spot for a quick meal or snack. Like most other franchise locations this one maintains great customer service and product quality with friendly and efficient employees who are well trained in their roles and appear confident and proficient in their duties. I always receive fresh and tasty food exactly the way I expect it. At peak times there is often a line (just like every other Chick-fil-A) but it moves swiftly so the wait is not too long. Seating is in the mall's food court which is generally clean and well kept with adequate seating for hungry shoppers. read more

I was really disappointed in my food today. I ordered Wrap meal which cost me $9.53 with tax. My wrap tasted a few days old. I told the cashier that I wanted spicy dressing and she gave me creamy salsa. I ate half of the wrap and threw the other half away :( I had someone contact me upset with my review. Chickfila....what to say... This is one of two places in the mall food court at which I will eat. I work in the mall so I eat at this chickfila quite often. Like 4 or 5 times a week often. The people are always super friendly but oddly enough none of them every seem to recognize me, or remember my name or order. I find this strange knowing that those are big factors for chickfila employees. That being said the food is typically on point. Even though they still don't recognize me after 9 months of visiting them regularly, they are always very attentive with my orders. If you're forced into a day at Lynnhaven Mall I recommend stopping at chickfila for friendly service and yummy hunger killing food. read more

They make a diet lemonade that is soooooo good, you can't even tell it's diet. I also like the variety of dipping sauces. Excellent and affordable food with some healthy options in a clean setting with a huge TV screen, easy and free to park, located near an AMC movie theater,....The indulgent chocolate cookies tasted incredible. The healthy cold chard grilled chicken wrap were ok. It was easy and free to park. As this fast food was located in a food court, it was convenient when you were coming with friends because there was something to cater to diverse cuisine preferences at different price points. read more

I went into the Lynnhaven pkwy location on a busy Tuesday (7/23) to grab my entire office lunch right at peak lunch hour. Despite me having 10+ separate orders with different forms of payment, the staff (Deborah) was so welcoming and helpful. Not only was everything out quick and correct, but multiple staff members were nice enough to help carry items to my car. They even gave me a free frozen coffee & gift card (probably because I looked so stressed out!). They were so sweet & once again proved why Chick Fil A continues to be the best in the industry.
