    Only reason I'm giving 1 star is because I have to to write this review. The teenage staff tonight were really testing my patience. Came here to support my nephews school fundraiser for an upcoming field trip they'll soon be taking. Ordered $93.39 worth of food...mind you I don't even eat chicken/meat anymore of any kind of meat so this was all to support my babies. Anyhoo-one of the staff working tonight came over to our table and informed my sister that she was supposed to receive 8 coupons for free breakfast sandwiches, with tonight's purchase, however he had 4 in his hand, wrapped in a copy of my receipt. The young man, asked if we could look through the bags to see if the other cards were by chance placed in the bags, and they weren't so he said he would be back with the other 4. He literally stood with us as we checked to see if we had already had them. But we DID NOT. If the young man never mentioned anything about these coupons, we wouldn't have even known this was an incentive for coming tonight. I allowed the kiddies to dine in. So many of their classmates were present and they wanted to hang out with their friends a bit. After they were finished and we began cleaning, preparing to leave, and I remembered the young man never returned with the vouchers/coupons that he had mentioned. So I went to the front looking for him and explained the situation to who I assumed was a manager, because I couldn't find the original person we had spoken to, however the young man we originally spoke to and another young lady were congregated together and I could hear them saying they had already given us the gift cards as if I was trying to finesse them for more. I was appalled! Just disgusted and disappointed. Like I literally just spent damn near $100 just because and you really think I'd be pressed for some free sandwich coupons?!!!???!!! Help me make it make sense! Have some COUTH for goodness sake's! I tell you one thing! They won't ever have to worry about my bring my babies here ever again! School event or not. Next time I'll just make a donation directly to the school. Shame of you Chic-Fil-A! Happy Yelping!

    Very nice Chick-fil-A. Clean, spacious and friendly staff. We dined in and our food was fast to come. There is a nice amount of seating inside and out. Bathrooms were very clean!

    I've always been a fan of this company. They make you feel valued. Also this location has large chocolate shakes, as most have gone to one size. The employees here are polite and work so hard. They have my complete respect, but this one can be difficult to navigate. Its location, location, location. Right off 95 and the Prince William County Parkway, it's always busy. The drive thru lines are best avoided. Kudos to the employees working it, but it reminds me of the Beltway. Relaxing and peace, are important during a meal. This is the Times Square of Chik Fil A's. Yet the food is quite good. Honestly I don't know how they do it, but a very clean location. Taste is subjective, but the drive thru and people everywhere just isn't my cup of tea. Still a good place, and I'm grateful to the kind employees here.

    It's Chik-Fil-a so the standards of friendliness amongst the staff is expected and delivered. The food was also as expected. Good quality and fast service. On our road trip we were in and out within 20 minutes. Also, the bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall a solid recommendation for a quick, filling bite to eat.

    This is the WORST location for service. Say clear. The service is not the caliber we've grown to expect from Chick-fil-a and really corporate doesn't seem interested in fixing this location. Stephen, manager on saturdays was very nonchalant about the service provided. And they have a ridiculous process that have you circle the building twice just to pay and get your food. Smh. They also messed up my order. If you order more that 1 entree, they will force/stuff everything in 1 bag, even if you request them bagged separately. If I order an entree be decent enough to bag it as an entree when requested especially for the cost.

    I went to chick fa today on 9/24/24 placed curbside order. got home and was eating my food. bit into my chicken tender and there was a long black thick chunk of hair in my tender! my hair is not black! and it for sure came from someone who isn't black descent. this is absolutely disgusting, please chose another location.

    I would improve their attention to detail when packaging orders based on the customers requests. I purchased 4 adult meals, 1 kids meal, and 1 single sandwich. The side for the adult meals was waffle fries and macaroni and cheese was the side for the kids meal. I admittedly didn't check the bag before I left because they usually don't make mistakes. I purchased this food for my daughter's teacher and her for lunch, so I didn't have time to come back to the store when I noticed the error in her side. I immediately called the store, in which I was directed to their customer care line through an automated system. I explained what happened and the customer service representative told me to return to the store with my receipt and explain what happened. She also explained that she would send my name to the store as a means of rectifying the issue. I was fine with that because I figured I'd take my daughter to pick it up after school. I arrive at the store, and the mobile app wasn't working to pull up my order. I provided my name, email address, and rough estimate of how much I spent during lunch for the cashier to locate my mobile order in their system. Although it might not have been their intention, the interaction with him explaining my story to a manager and them not speaking with me earlier, made me feel as if they were questioning my integrity over some $3 macaroni and cheese, after I spent around $70 for lunch. The young man was able to locate my order in the system, and I reconfirmed that the only thing missing was the macaroni and cheese. The young man offered me a free sandwich, but I don't eat Chick-fil-A. I only purchase it for other people, including my toddler. The fact that anyone would assume that someone would fabricate a messed up order, over some $3 macaroni and cheese when it's not even baked with cheese pulls, is absolutely asinine. Given that Chick-fil-A is known for their service, I must say that they failed me today. The included pictures are screenshots from my call, to prove that I tried to contact them after I noticed the mistake and actually spoke to a human about the issue and from the receipt to show that I should have received macaroni and cheese for her meal. To be clear, their macaroni and cheese is not good enough for me to drive back to the store and lie about it being missing to get it for free. Again, I paid for this for other people.

Inside, the staff was welcoming and helpful, which made the visit even better. My total came to about $34--very reasonable considering the quality. What stood out most is that the food is halal, GMO- and antibiotic-free, and made from scratch. That freshness really came through in the taste. We also received our order quickly, which was a big plus. Ambience is what is at places where fast food is served. Overall, this is definitely a spot I'll be returning to whenever I'm in the area.

It's on the corner facing Maryland Ave. Seems like a family owned place. There's a small place to sit if you like. Place is kind of dark inside. Ordered ahead using Yelp and it was ready earlier than the time on the app. Ordered gyro combo medium spicy with onion rings. Wrapper was a bit greasy when I opened it. Spice was put on bottom of pita so it hit you when you bit the bottom. Onion rings were perfect. . . Super crispy! When I got home, bag didn't have any napkins or ketchup. Make a note to ask before you leave.
