Amazingly fast drive thru during morning breakfast rush. Love how friendly the staff are. Got the breakfast burrito and customized it easily (no hash or meat) and it was delicious! Didn't go inside so can't comment on the ambiance. read more

I've always been a fan of this company. They make you feel valued. Also this location has large chocolate shakes, as most have gone to one size. The employees here are polite and work so hard. They have my complete respect, but this one can be difficult to navigate. Its location, location, location. Right off 95 and the Prince William County Parkway, it's always busy. The drive thru lines are best avoided. Kudos to the employees working it, but it reminds me of the Beltway. Relaxing and peace, are important during a meal. This is the Times Square of Chik Fil A's. Yet the food is quite good. Honestly I don't know how they do it, but a very clean location. Taste is subjective, but the drive thru and people everywhere just isn't my cup of tea. Still a good place, and I'm grateful to the kind employees here. read more

It's Chik-Fil-a so the standards of friendliness amongst the staff is expected and delivered. The food was also as expected. Good quality and fast service. On our road trip we were in and out within 20 minutes. Also, the bathrooms were nice and clean. Overall a solid recommendation for a quick, filling bite to eat. read more

Honestly, I've done to this location a couple times and have had bad experiences almost every time. The customer service is honestly pretty bad always seems to rush you and that lead me just to order on the app almost always. The parking and drive thru is absolutely horrendous. This location led me to eat less chik fil a. The food is decent enough from what i had from chicken sandwiches, the wrap, and fries. The interior is updated as well so i guess that's one plus for them. read more

My approach to reviewing franchise establishments comes down to how the food compares to its own standards and the intangibles of the location itself. If you are trying these places for the very first time and writing a Yelp review afterwards, I can only assume you are coming from another country, planet, or pulled up in a 1981 Delorean with last name McFly or Brown. In terms of quality, the food is up to par in terms of temperature, texture, and seasoning. The parking lot is a disaster since there are twin lanes for drive through but if you are dining in or carrying out, there is no way to drive around the drive-through lanes which are typically packed or even worse, once you find a parking spot you could be blocked by the same traffic when pulling out. Like most Chick-Fil-As, the team moves pretty fast in terms of taking and processing orders compared to other franchises where one has to wait several minutes even without a line. However, this location is a victim of its own success since it is way too busy (there needs to be more rival establishments nearby for a solid second choice) therefore expect an average 10min minimum wait whether you are doing drive through or even ordering ahead. read more

A good place for a meal or a snack in the Woodbridge Area Chick-fil-A is a popular fast-food chain known for its great chicken sandwiches and exceptional customer service. They focus on quality ingredients, Southern charm, and great tea. Chick-fil-A has garnered a dedicated fan base across the United States, of which I am definitely one. As of 2022, Chick-fil-A has over 2,500 locations throughout the country, making it one of the largest fast-food chains in the nation. There are over 50 Chick-fil-A locations in the broader Washington, DC Metro area, catering to the area's diverse population and visitors.This restaurant is located on the south side of Prince William Parkway and is just to the east of Telegraph road. It has a drive through and dine-in area. I have used both of these options. One my recent visit I actually ordered and enjoyed my food inside. THe staff was very friendly and the area was clean. The food came out quickly and was delicious, as always. The food is the same delicious quality food found at any Chick-fil-A location. The prices seemed reasonable for our current economy. Overall, it was a good experience with good food at a reasonable price. read more

This is the WORST location for service. Say clear. The service is not the caliber we've grown to expect from Chick-fil-a and really corporate doesn't seem interested in fixing this location. Stephen, manager on saturdays was very nonchalant about the service provided. And they have a ridiculous process that have you circle the building twice just to pay and get your food. Smh. They also messed up my order. If you order more that 1 entree, they will force/stuff everything in 1 bag, even if you request them bagged separately. If I order an entree be decent enough to bag it as an entree when requested especially for the cost. read more

I went to chick fa today on 9/24/24 placed curbside order. got home and was eating my food. bit into my chicken tender and there was a long black thick chunk of hair in my tender! my hair is not black! and it for sure came from someone who isn't black descent. this is absolutely disgusting, please chose another location. read more

I would improve their attention to detail when packaging orders based on the customers requests. I purchased 4 adult meals, 1 kids meal, and 1 single sandwich. The side for the adult meals was waffle fries and macaroni and cheese was the side for the kids meal. I admittedly didn't check the bag before I left because they usually don't make mistakes. I purchased this food for my daughter's teacher and her for lunch, so I didn't have time to come back to the store when I noticed the error in her side. I immediately called the store, in which I was directed to their customer care line through an automated system. I explained what happened and the customer service representative told me to return to the store with my receipt and explain what happened. She also explained that she would send my name to the store as a means of rectifying the issue. I was fine with that because I figured I'd take my daughter to pick it up after school. I arrive at the store, and the mobile app wasn't working to pull up my order. I provided my name, email address, and rough estimate of how much I spent during lunch for the cashier to locate my mobile order in their system. Although it might not have been their intention, the interaction with him explaining my story to a manager and them not speaking with me earlier, made me feel as if they were questioning my integrity over some $3 macaroni and cheese, after I spent around $70 for lunch. The young man was able to locate my order in the system, and I reconfirmed that the only thing missing was the macaroni and cheese. The young man offered me a free sandwich, but I don't eat Chick-fil-A. I only purchase it for other people, including my toddler. The fact that anyone would assume that someone would fabricate a messed up order, over some $3 macaroni and cheese when it's not even baked with cheese pulls, is absolutely asinine. Given that Chick-fil-A is known for their service, I must say that they failed me today. The included pictures are screenshots from my call, to prove that I tried to contact them after I noticed the mistake and actually spoke to a human about the issue and from the receipt to show that I should have received macaroni and cheese for her meal. To be clear, their macaroni and cheese is not good enough for me to drive back to the store and lie about it being missing to get it for free. Again, I paid for this for other people. read more

So sad that I even have to write this.... the grilled chicken nuggets are gross. Like super gross, like the epitome of gross!!! Don't do it, just don't do it. Slimey. Rubbery. Wet on the outside, dry on the inside. Literally the non tastiest grilled chicken I have ever tasted!! This is the first time I've been disappointed with Chick-fil-A. today I decided to stop and get some breakfast on the way to work and I ordered a chicken egg and cheese biscuit with pepper jack. I got the meal with a coffee. I checked my bag it had all the correct amount of food in it that I ordered. I hit the road open up my sandwich it turned out it was a chicken egg and cheese English muffin. This is the first time that any Chick-fil-A has ever mistaken, a biscuit for English muffin. But this one definitely did. There was no wait and never is much waiting at Chick-fil-A because they have such a good process but I am disappointed that they didn't get order right and I didn't get the biscuit I ordered. read more

Just like most people I was in the area and realized it's not Sunday so I decided to get some great chicken! But, today wasn't so great and which is why I'm taking my time to write this review because going through the line to get the service I got was a waste of time... and money. Normally I expect three thing from Chick-fil-A which are professionalism, customer service, and great food! None of which I got from this particular restaurant that might as well be a Popeyes or KFC with how they operate. The highlights from my visit are employees that just didn't seem to care, I asked to add a milk shake to my order after the employee abruptly just took what he thought was my order and didn't confirm and started to walk away. Then after getting to the window to get my food there was no milkshake and when I mentioned it the employee he already started walking away. I then pulled up to the window and you'd think that would cue interest from the employees, but when I realized the employee didn't add the milkshake to my order I just left. After leaving and I was already making a right onto a busy road I realized there was no straw for my drink and then later when eating my fries I found them to be overcooked and chewy and lacking even a little bit of salt. So overall my worst Chick-fil-A visit ever. read more

This chick-fil-a located within the king's dominion amusement parK near snoopy world. I love chick fil a food but this located was really understaffed. Half of the restaurant was closed to due to being understaffed. The line and service was very slow. By the time we ordered and got our food. It's was very greasy and not great. It's was overpriced for being in an Amusement park as well. read more

I love Chik-Fil-A, However the customer of this location makes me feel as if I stopped by the worst Mom and Pop Shop in town. 3 times on 3 separate occasions, I've had to go through the Drive through lines multiple times to pick up my Mobile order. The team members helping me as well as other customers......just aren't cut from the same from the Chik-fil-A cloth of the rest of the successful locations. On my 4th time about to circle around, I was told that I was proceeding through the line incorrectly. Wow, I get it, but you couldn't of told me that the 2nd or 3rd time. There are others who complain about what I'm complaining about. Customer service in the mobile order drive through line. The drive through line at this location is different than other locations. It's wrapped around twice. After understanding what went wrong, I get it, the reps are not recognizing the error drivers are making (which is easy to make given the million signs posted) (too much isn't always a good thing). There temperament is quit different as well. I'm not a difficult person and I now see where the error lies. Communication. Please fix the communication. I ended up leaving without my ONE sandwich I waited 45 minutes for. read more

Dear Chick-fil-A @ 2425 Prince William Pkwy Woodbridge, VA I am writing to inform you that our family will no longer be patrons of your store location until your play area is reopened. The last several times we have come into your location for a family dinner my children have looked forward to playing in your play area only to be completely disappointed because it is still closed. You were once our location of choice to get dinner and give the kids some play time. In our home Chick-fil-A was lovingly called Moo Moos because of the cow logo my eldest started calling it that and it stuck. You hold fond memories for us and it was very hard during the pandemic when we were no longer allowed to eat inside. Then as the store reopened inside dining, we have continued to wait for the ever-loved play place to open yet all this time later it is still closed. My daughter this last visit asked me a very good question. "Why is their play area closed but when we go to Mc Donald's their play place is open?" Considering my 3-year-old's questions and observations I asked the team member at the register, "why is the play area closed still and when will it be open?" The response that was given was we don't know why its still closed and we don't think they will open it again. I would like to encourage this store to evaluate why they are keeping the play area closed? These play spaces provide a great service to the families of your local community. On your website is says "At Chick-fil-A®, we love serving others - both in and outside our restaurants. From supporting local charities to hosting school spirit nights, Chick-fil-A® restaurants are committed to giving back in ways that are most meaningful to our customers and our communities." I have highlighted some sections of your community statement that do not line up with the poor choice to keep the play areas closed. I want to share with you that it would be very meaningful to allow your patrons which are usually families to use the play place once again inside the store. Please reopen it. This location is always very busy, I tend to run inside when I'm in a rush since it's much faster then the drive thru. I stopped in for the egg white grill sandwich. It's the absolute best breakfast sandwich out there! The cashier was very friendly and helpful and I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I will definitely visit again in the future. This Chick-fil-A is totally not set up for dine in customers anymore. I went in and placed an order for a chicken biscuit and a diet lemonade. Nothing complicated. The guy who took my order, John a manager, then went over and asked people standing to the side if they were there for mobile or Door Dash orders. He bagged and gave them their orders, making me wait. Doesn't seem right. They walked in after me. The manager didn't care. I asked for my money back and left. read more

I've seen plenty of Chick-Fil-A locations and how busy they get back home in California, but this place gets a lot more packed. When I stopped by here, the place was full. There were no open seats, and it seemed that every little league team came here to have lunch that day :-/ After a short wait in line, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and an iced coffee. I got it to go, and I had my food in a short amount of time. I went back to the car and ate my food there. Afterward, I stopped at a gas station right next to this place, and continued on my journey. If you come here on a weekend, don't expect to dine in. The cashier told me that this place gets very packed on weekends, so they make every order to-go by default. I did not mind, but for everyone else, plan accordingly. read more

Pros: Incredible for Fast Food, Awesome Chicken Sandwiches, Good Breakfast Options, Service! Cons: Extremely busy at times Now yes, I did give this 5 stars, and compared to other fast food chains this place deserves all of them! When you think of fast food you think McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, grease, fat, processed. This isn't the case with Chick Fil A! This has become my go-to whenever I'm considering fast food. Chick Fil A has only chicken, chicken sandwiches, chicken nuggets, chicken stripes, chicken everything! I will say it's some of the best chicken, none of that leaves-you-guess-what-it's-made-of mechanically separated pink goo (Google it)! I only have GREAT experiences at this Chick Fil A. My only complaint is it does tend to get VERY busy, but it's also the busiest Chic-fil-a in the states! Anytime after 4:00pm expect to be waiting in line at the drive through or trying to find parking. Saturdays, you can ask the cop directing traffic in the parking lot about how busy it gets on Saturdays! Everyone who serves you is always polite and helpful. When you sit inside they will ask and get you refills and even take your trash away for you which is quality service for fast food prices! A special thanks goes out to the morning crew on 28-Sep-2012 for the excellent service. Kaylee...and the other girl... Server Jose provided me a sample of the White Sauce to dip some turkey in it; however, it was the NC Vinegar that was the perfect condiment to the turkey.
