Update: Afterwards, I realized that the total came to $13.44 and I paid with a 20. Not only did I not get 56¢, but I received $2 as all my change. There's no excuse for them to decide a TIP, especially with the bad service they provided. And tax is no excuse because even then the tax only would've raised the price to $14.52. I know $4.56 is not a good tip, but I don't think they even deserved that for how they served us.

Order Details: We ordered 2 stew oxtail plates (1 with Sautéed Cabbage and Rice and Peas, the other with Rice and Peas and Macaroni) with 2 drinks (Strawberry Lemonade for $4.95 and Rainforest Rumble for $5.99) TOGO. The thing is, I get it but account for when things happen unexpectedly. My girlfriend also mentioned that the bathroom toilet was broken and did not flush. Honestly, I can't give a recommendation based on the food. Other reviews say great things about it, that's why I went. I told them that too. The two ladies she has working for her though were helpful, especially the dark skin queen cashier she was a vibe. Until the inconvenience on both of our ends, it was decent off the cashier's vibe. First they lay down a basket of homemade tortilla chips with a delicious salsa that has enough heat for spicy lovers but not too hot for spice wimps like me. Each were delicious and we are looking forward to the next trip to try something else or maybe one of these again. Another bonus is they serve homemade flour and corn tortillas; both are great.
