I found this place as I headed to a meeting, and as someone who loves coffee and matcha, this place has the best matcha! It's super creamy without being watered down. This is my second time here. Service gets a 0. Staff worked like it was their first day there. I noticed a lot of mistakes that were made as I stood there for 5 minutes waiting for my coffee. They handed someone at the drive thru cold coffee and she wanted hot. Then they gave the next car the wrong order. One of the workers acted like he didn't know what he was doing. All three men had a beard which is unsanitary in food service. Nobody looked professional at all. Coffee gets a 5; it was good. The last time I came, the service was slow, food was fair, coffee was great. So if you don't mind waiting and may have to have your order done twice before you get what you ordered, it may be worth the wait because the coffee tastes very good. Ambiance was okay. It is a small room so I could hear all the noise from behind the counter. The music changes depending on who is working that day. Today it was hip hop which I don't like, so I didn't care for the sound. Counters were dirty. There was syrup underneath the syrup containers on the counter. I thought this would be a nice place to come and type on my iPad journal, but I am beginning to change my mind and look for someplace else to go. read more

OMG! I saw this from the road and it has a wonderful allure to someone seeking a delicious coffee drink! I interestingly enough ordered a frozen coffee drink, which I normally wouldn't do. But I was delightful, surprised at how amazing it tasted! I ordered the Reesie's peanut butter, frozen coffee and it was outstanding! For five bucks, you get a complete meal in a drink!!! This is a newer place in town and a friend and I decided to give it a try for our Wednesday breakfast meetup. Immediately we noticed how slow everything is. The drive through was packed and there was 1 person waiting to order inside when we got there. It took about 10-15 minutes before we ordered. Then another 15-20 minutes for our premade sandwiches. Sandwiches are premade and just assembled and warmed in a toaster oven. The coffee was decent, but the croissant sandwich was just average and not worth the wait. It's really small inside and there are only 3 tables. There were only two people working inside and it's clear that they need more staff as they got even more busy when we left. If there are few to no cars in the drive trough there coffee is worth a try, but I would never wait for it or go for breakfast again. read more

I've been here a couple times for coffee. I haven't got to try any of the food yet. The specialty drinks are really creative. I'm excited for their holiday Christmas menu. The drinks are on the sweeter side, so if that's not your thing, you may not like it. The staff has been incredibly friendly and helpful each time. I wish they had larger sized drinks. This last time I went I ordered a large iced mocha. I was a little disappointed how they didn't feel the cup up a portion of the way. The drink was delicious though. They also have a convenient drive thru that moves pretty quick. read more

I was looking forward to this coffee shop, as I have been to their location in Lawton. My first three attempts were unsuccessful as the line was far too long, and I had already waited longer than I could and I needed to get to work. Once I was finally able to get there, despite the fact that I said, I wanted a hot mocha multiple times, they gave me an iced mocha when I pulled up to the window. They quickly remade it correctly. My next visit, I again asked for a hot mocha, I was given a regular coffee. Overall not terrible, but their service has some work to do. I'm trying to give them grace as they are new business and their coffee is good. read more

The drinks were okay. But there were two small children behind the bar and messing with the drive thru window and the two adult lady baristas didn't seem to care. I'm guessing they belonged to one of them but I don't think it's safe or sanitary to let them run around behind the bar. I understand that people can't always get a sitter, but at least make them stay in the lobby. What if they got burned by the hot drinks being passed around? Or if one of those ladies tripped over one of them? And I didn't get any food, but I know that children (who are allowed to do whatever they want apparently) tend to get into food, and something tells me they wouldn't be washing their hands or wearing gloves. I hope this review gets to a manager so they can tell those baristas how inappropriate it is to have small children behind a coffee bar. Which seems like a no brainer to me, but apparently they need a manager to tell them. read more

Coffee was good which is a plus for a coffee shop. Ordered food and that's where it went downhill. They got 2/4 things we ordered on the ticket and originally only made one. When I asked if they were still working the other 3, they made the last one--a pitiful $6 protein bowl. Cashier not the best, other maybe manager tried to make it right, but overall a miss. Just stopped by White Buffalo and the customer service could not have been better! I have worked in restaurants for 3 years now and I can be really technical about these things, but this was some of the best service I have ever received! I wish I had the names of the workers! I will be back many more times in the future! Also the drink was fantastic as always! I was also in and out within 3 minutes and in that short amount of time I still received outstanding service!
