The meals no longer come with drinks automatically. You have to ask for the drink. The cleanliness was okay,floors were greasy in the lobby.

I go here for the tea. It's hands down the best in town. My kids love their chicken. They are super fast in the drive through. Why the 2 star review? Kindness and customer service make all the difference. When I order, I am kind. If you are out of an item that is displayed on your menu - there are ways to politely say that. Being short, snappy and hateful does not make me want to return. I can gladly spend my money elsewhere. Everyone is short staffed these days. We love the food, but have you ordered the cheese sticks?! An order of cheese sticks is 2 sticks. Hahahaha! Even the guy at the counter had to double check it when the order came out. So just remember...if you want the cheese sticks in the picture on their menu board, that's a normal order anywhere else (5), you have to order the family size. Here's a picture of what you actually get. That was about a $1 per cheese stick. If you really want cheese sticks, walk across the street to Sonic and bring an order back for the fam. read more

I go through chicken Express almost every day. They are in my top two places to go for my Cokes with good ice. They are always nice and pleasant seldom make mistakes. They are human so mistakes can and will be made, but they solve the problem immediately. It's not just one but everyone has a pleasant attitude and seems to enjoy the job. If they don't like their job they still get a good rating for best acting. read more

I tried to contact Chicken Express via email/online before writing this review, because I don't want to hurt anyone's business, but all their website said to do was "contact the local store" and the only way to do that evidently is by phone which I don't feel like doing because I got take out yesterday, brought it home, ate it and it made me very sick, still sick, finally got up and writing this review- It was greasy which I can handle but the grease tasted like it was old. The breasts were so tough couldn't even chew them. The rest of it was tolerable but still made me sick. I'll never eat at another Chicken Express as long as I live. read more

A few weeks ago I ordered what we normally do, tenders and such. I got sick but not bad, so I dismissed it. I went and ordered again yesterday and I have full blown food poisoning. I will never get food from this place again. Something is up with the processing or cooking of the chicken. read more

Ok, I've read all the reviews and I've got to say my experience wasn't nearly as bad as everyone else has had. I ordered my grandmother some tenders with a biscuit and some corn nuggets. I also ordered extra corn nuggets (just cus I like them sooooo much :D) and some mac and cheese. The tenders were kinda plain as was the mac and cheese but the corn nuggets were awesome! The food was hot and freshly made and the customer service was great. Chicken Express gets a 3.5 stars from me and yes I'd recommend it as a place to partake reasonably (good?) food. read more

I don't love the chicken there, but good prices. The best sweet tea I have ever had is chicken express. The biscuits are good there and they have great deals on food. Ex. $2 for 1 side and one drink. SWEET TEA IS THE BEST THERE!!! read more

Second time is a charm, this is the second time I've been shorted BEWARE..... I walked in and placed my order, assumed the people would do their job properly. Got home and half my order was missing, I should have checked, I'll share that blame. My issue is the lack of customer service after I got home and discovered the missing items, I phoned the store and was told that I would need to drive the 18 miles back to the store to pick up the items 36 miles round trip. I asked if there was anything they could do, possibly refund the missing items and that's when she said" we won't refund, we will take your name and next time you come in we will give you the missing items. Total lack of customer service, failed to do the job properly to begin with. I won't be back, less than a block away is a KFC that has wonderful service. Come on- it's fast food! If you are looking for culinary excellence you should not be patronizing any fast food establishments!! The chicken here is real and not pressed into unknown shapes. This is BY FAR the cleanest and friendliest fast food restaurant in Ada. I never worry, as I do at the other fast food places, about the cleanliness of the person preparing my food. I can easily watch them from the counter. They are all well groomed no extreme piercings, tattoos or hair colors. It appears that they have recently bathed! (Again, unlike many other fast food restaurants in our town.) It is fried, and unhealthy food, but if you are looking for friendly, helpful employees and an environment that is clean and inviting this is definitely the place for you!!! read more

Was a good place when first opened. The last 3 times the chicken was old and dry. The service is good enough but it seems as if they don't care if the customer returns or not. The best thing about the place is the tea. The 1/2 and 1/2 tea is the best and great fountain drinks. read more
