The person brings out the food and turns and walks off before I could ever ask about my drinks. So I pull around again and ask for my drinks and they say I have wait until the line of 6 or 7 cars is gone because I pulled out. Out of what? You tell them you want hot fresh Okra and they will refry the Okra that was already sitting out not thinking you will know, half done chicken, burnt rolls, etc. I sit in the drive-thru waiting on my order and some of the workers come out and go to vehicles behind me talking to their friends (yes they were still on duty-and my food was sitting there waiting to be handed to me). They are extremely rude-no customer service skills at all. If they do not know how to provide great customer service then they probably could find them a job picking up cups in the parking lot. The managers are the worse-I mean ALL of the managers have a chip on their shoulder.
