Soda machine had no ice and struggled all evening to produce. I would get rid of the "high tech" soda machines. They have never worked in any location I've been to. I would get rid of the TV's bc half of them don't work. I would drop the licensing and be done with it. When you started the franchise I believe you thought you would "kind of be a sports bar". Total fail. This location doesn't have beer. Fail. I would say WS should become a "takeout" place. It's not good for "going out". Just a lame place to eat. Unfortunately I live 20 plus minutes away. If taking wing's home they would be "just ok". So I want to eat at the location so I can have hot wings. Thank goodness the wings and fries were great. Location strip mall sucks, like most WS.

The food can certainly take longer to get out when they're not there. Tara is an amazing waitress--she has such a fun personality, makes us feel right at home, and practically knows our order by heart. We always enjoy chatting with her! Trina is just as wonderful and is fantastic with our kids as well. It's rare to find servers who are this genuine and attentive. They truly make every visit top notch!
