We always love the food! The wings are great and the sauces are delicious. Sadly we can tell when the manager is there vs when they're not there. The food can certainly take longer to get out when they're not there. Tara is an amazing waitress--she has such a fun personality, makes us feel right at home, and practically knows our order by heart. We always enjoy chatting with her! Trina is just as wonderful and is fantastic with our kids as well. It's rare to find servers who are this genuine and attentive. They truly make every visit top notch! We needed a last-minute place for about 150 people, and Wings Etc. seriously came through for us. Everything went so smoothly. Trena, our server, was amazing and took such great care of everyone. Savannah, the manager, went above and beyond--helping us get everything set up late the night before and again early the next morning. Pleasantly surprised with the this place, being a wing snob I liked the options to choose from! A quick visit passing through to visit my daughter & family and this was their choice. We started out with the pretzels bites and it was a good choice since everyone got in on the action. I must admit I was impressed, the wings were really good. Sauces I'll need to come back and try again. The hot was definitely not hot. So on my next visit I'll move up the scale and go win the TNT. Habanero is just silly I want to feel my tongue and the rest of my meal. So hot for the sake of being hot is not for me. We had a great waitress (Halle or Holly I'm not sure). She said it was her first time on the floor and she did an exceptional job! I tipped her well! I like the atmosphere! Sports screens every where. I can see why this is a popular. The only drawback I have to say and I did not clarify this with our waitress but kids were supposed to read for .99 on Tuesday. Boneless wings are just frozen chicken nuggets from a store. They heat up and pour sauce all over it. Flyers all over the place. We love the food here, but that is where it ends. We have been here many times, and never once has our order been correct. We always order to go, and they always forget either half of our wings, forget to put sauce on our wings, forget our fries, forget a meal, it's honestly crazy. I will say, they do try to make to make it right if we call back. On top of that the servers or host that you encounter are incredibly rude and treat you like a major inconvenience. Maybe not all of them, but at least the ones we have come in contact with. for a while we put up with the order being wrong every time, but after dealing with horribly rude servers we will not be going back. read more

Lot of flavor options. Nice covered outdoor seating with a few TVs. Inside, wow, so many TVs. Definitely a great place for sports. Service outside was a little slow, but not horrible. Outdoor area very kid friendly, as it's gated and enclosed. Wings were good, but I don't think cooked to order. They just came out way too fast. Also, the sauce was tasty, but just poured over the wings, not shaken in. We will likely be back, especially for sports, and trying other flavors. We went in and I had a $70 bill and didn't put a tip because the waitress was not friendly and we also had to wait about 25 minutes for her to come back to our table to give us the check. Once we paid, we went out to the patio and hang out for a bit. The waitress took it upon herself to come up to us and ask if I forgot to tip or if I did tip and even brought up that she didn't charge me for the drinks, saying they live off tips. She did not deserve a tip to begin with, and to top it all off, after approaching us to complain about not getting a tip, she walked off and called us trash. Loved it! I've been watching and waiting for this new spot in Granbury to open so I was happy to see the announcement this week. We stopped in for dinner and really really loved the wings. Considering that's the main word in their name, they have to be good at them! Also, let's be honest when it comes to wings, 50% of what makes the good or bad is voted based on the ranch. I'm happy to the report the ranch is excellent. Massive menu, hbar with tons of different drink options and really friendly staff makes this one of my new favorite places in Granbury. read more

It was my first time here and within the first 5 minutes I got the best service I have ever had. The manager Gerad was so amazing and welcoming. Our server was Trina she was just as incredible. I decided to try this place tonight. Looked good at first - outdoor seating and it was packed. I ordered a pickup order and the young gentleman at the front counter gave me a ticket to sign which I did (this will be important later) and then they finished packing up the food and handed it to me. They were taking names to be seated so while they were packing it up, I stood back so people could get their names in. They handed me the food and I drove home. I ordered a 24 boneless wings, regular fry, curly fry, and tater tots and onion rings. When we opened the order we only had curly fries and mozzarella sticks. So I called back and the phone was going straight to voicemail. I figured it was busy so I'd call later. When I did, the person there said I was suppose to check my order before signing - "Sorry". Being my first time there, the guy at the desk handed me the ticket to sign so I figured that was more for a credit card signature. I should mention he didn't say to check the food and after a minute or two they finished packing it, handed it to me and started to take care of the next person. We stopped by on a Saturday afternoon and sat outside on the patio. The service was fast and friendly and the food was really good. I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger with grilled jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. I like that the burger patties are hand-pressed and not just some frozen disk of mystery meat. We can't say enough about how great Martin is at this location. He's a wonderful manager and has great bartenders; Maddie, Dimitri and Jade are all awesome. Talk about going downhill faster than a bobsled on ICE! Last night my husband and friend met up for dinner and a few beers to be greeted with the worst service and rude staff you could imagine. They sat at the bar, and the evening started off okay- but then the bobsled started down the hill. There were 4 customers at the bar, and only a few tables of people in the restaurant yet the bartender/server was more concerned with chatting with his friends and talking trash to them about his other customers at the bar then doing his job. 22 min before a pitcher of beer can be poured, and that only happened because they interrupted his chat session. Then they ordered their food at 6:45, at 7:33 (after trying and trying to get the bartenders attention away from his buddies) the bartender admits he forgot to even put the order in the computer (cause he was soooo busy visiting with friends) he says "I'll put it in and we will comp it".... Well 21min later food finally arrives they eat and wait for to go boxes and ask to pay for their beer. They are given the FULL check - no comped food... when they ask the bartender says "I don't have to give you shit" and turns to laugh and talk with his friends continuously making nasty comments about them. This kind of service is uncalled for and not worth the time to go back. Do yourself a favor- go to wing stop.. or hell get wings from a pizza joint... the service will be better and they are sure to remember your order- even when busy ‍ RUN, don't walk, as far away from this business as you can! Since u can't reply to your message I'll edit here- I never said I was there last night, clearly stated I was reviewing per my hubs and friend. Maybe it's you that doesn't like your establishment being called out. Maybe they were not friends... maybe they were just other patrons... and yep I'm sure they got rude after waiting over 45 min for food. As for my reviews --- i travel... This was our first visit and it will be our last! We arrived at 6:00 pm on a Friday night. We were told the wait would be 10min, even though the place was empty. The food took forever and it arrived with many things wrong or missing, plus no silverware! When we asked for silverware, we were told she didn't know where it was! I ordered loaded fries. It was supposed to come with sour cream. There was none. The fries were way oversalted and not eatable. My husband ordered loaded nachos with no tomatoes. They came with tomatoes and stale chips. Well I hate to bash a local restaurant, but I think in order for Yelp to be an effective resource, then the truth should be told. First attempt, we went for a sit down and the restaurant was only about 1/3 full. We were told an hour wait to be SEATED! No way! About an hour later, I spoke to others who expressed the same issue of ridiculous wait times to be seated AND another hour waiting for their food! We figured it was first month kinks, so we agreed to give them another try. It was the last in April we ordered take-out (3 ten piece wings of various types). Price was particularly high for what we got. Chicken was blah absolutely no flavor so they rely on the sauce for complete flavoring. Heck I could have went Wing Stop! There is nothing worse than having high expectations for a meal and being completely unsatisfied with cost, taste, and overall presentation. We decided we won't be going back! Since our last experience, we've talked to a number of people all who had similar bad experiences (service, food, price) and the consensus was they would never go back! It's a very unfortunate situation for everyone since the owner is a local guy and well known, so everyone wanted to be supportive of his business venture.
