Yelp Review 2026 #146:…read more There are videos on social media going around claiming this McDonald's in Zermatt is the most expensive McDonald's in the world. This is actually not true. Prices are the same in Switzerland. Switzerland has the most expensive McDonald's in the world. What's unique about this location is that it blends in with its surroundings instead of being a stand alone building with bright lights. This looks like a Swiss cabin/ chalet. We came here at 1:30pm and you'd think it would be less busy because it's a bit after lunch. But it was still busy. No seats/ tables available on the first floor so, we had to go upstairs which is dark but quiet. At the basement is the bathroom. Of course, I tried menu items we don't have in the US from the sauces to the sandwiches and drinks. I tried the mango passionfruit drink. It was awful. It tasted nothing like mango or passionfruit. I got shrimps which I first had in McDonald's Greece. The food was typical McDonald's - nothing I'd order again. The best part was the building itself.
Stopped here as I just wanted a cheaper quick option…read more There was absolutely zero customer service. You order at a machine and they didn't even call a number when the orders were ready, so you just had to watch the counter. The fries were completely cold. The paprika burger was also cold and so disgusting that I didn't eat most of it. I know I don't eat fast food often, but this definitely reminded me of why I don't. The Nutella doughnut was the best part but only gets this to 2 stars. If you're trying to save money in Zermatt by eating a slightly cheaper meal, just go to Coop/Migros.

The food and drinks are delicious and very reasonably priced. You can choose to build your own burger or from a few options on their menu, plus a specialty burger of the week. The French fries could stand to be cooked just a tiny bit more, but still taste great and the onion rings are also excellent.

I know what a good burger tastes like & had tried other burgers while in Italy but Burgheria was the best by far. The service was great, the place was very clean with indoor & outdoor seating & the quality of the ingredients was top notch. I would recommend Burgheria to anyone craving a fresh, tasty burger!

Piedmont's specialties prepared with the best local products (baked cheese with truffles, baked cheese with pears, hamburgers made with local meats, anchovies in red pesto, cottage cheese in green pesto, and so on) can be ordered in a quick and easy way, directly at the counter like at MacDonalds. I got the hamburger with pesto on it... don't remember the exact name, but it was about 10 euros…read more The taste was pretty decent especially if you like burgers that have a bit of extra seasoning/flavor, the pesto burger is not the burger for you if you are a burger purist... but they seemed to have other burgers to satisfy that. The french fries were a let down- we went late night, so I don't know if that effected the quality- but I felt like most fast food fries in America taste better to me, and I love French fries normally! They do get points for having reasonably priced water; 1 euro per bottle, as I think all Eataly shops do. We were trying to find a late night to go meal close to our hotel, so this meal fit the bill. But honestly if you're from America and have time, I would seek out a more authentic "Italian" meal than a burger. There are so many other great restaurants in this area, serving up authentic food for a great value (I would say this restaurant was a bit pricey for Italian standards as you are paying for the Eataly name, but on par with American standards). But to each their own! If your hungry for burger and are close by, you definitely can get a decent burger here!

My wife and I couldn't agree on an appetisers to order, so our waitress custom ordered an appetiser that had items we both wanted. Fantastic result! The BBQ octopus was my favorite and was so tasty and tender that my wife ate octopus for the first time. There were 7 different options on the plate for only 12 euro, an exceptional deal. Main course was tuna spaghetti that was great. Dessert was Nutella cheese cake that was delicious. The cuisine is from the southeast part of italy. Waitress suggested an excellent wine for what I considered a low price for the quality. Overall one of the best restaurants we ate at while touring italy. I can't recommend it enough.

We started with a salad of arugula, cherry tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella and little balls of fried bread, topped with shaved parmesan. Delicious. The bread was a nice fattening touch and I didn't leave a single little ball. The pasta I ordered was on the daily specials and truly I forgot the name but it was a thick spaghetti noodle with a light tomato sauce and seafood. Pasta was a bit al dente, but it was very good. The wine suggested was a nice Sicilian white that was perfect with the meal. As if the two courses with carbs wasn't enough, I topped it off with splitting a canoli and rolled myself back to the hotel. The servers were great, first an older man who was giving us the suggestions, then the girl who brought us our food afterwards. She didn't speak a word of English, but we just fine.

I was sad that the Italian food hadn't lived up to the hype. THIS PLACE RESTORED MY FAITH. This is the BEST margherita pizza I have ever had. The dough was perfectly cooked and fluffy. The tomato sauce and mozzarella were really good. It didn't come with the traditional basil, but I didn't mind. I liked how the pizza was a bit wet in the center. I started with the tomato and onion salad, very plain- I added salt and pepper on my own. Probably would not order again- nothing special. The complimentary bread was not fresh and tasted a bit like perfume? Almost like someone had sprayed something with fragrance near the bread. The aperol spritz was okay, not very strong at all.
