This place serves up generous portions of delicious food. For 6 Euros, you get a rather large kebab pizza (and that's their priciest variety) that can feed two people. Of course, it's delicious! How can anybody possibly go wrong with piling up donair meat on a pizza, and topping it with white and hot red sauces (think Halal Guys sauces - after all, the sauces are the only good thing about that famed 53rd St and 6th Ave food cart - apologies to all my sheeple friends who are still on the Halal Guys bandwagon)! The only thing I didn't care for was the lettuce on the pizza; so the second time I ate here, I asked them for no lattuga, and they kindly obliged. The guys who work here are really nice. They try to speak whatever little English they can; I muster up whatever little Italian I can; and our combined efforts enable us to communicate quite effectively. This is a cash-only business, so be sure to visit the ATM before you stop by here to enjoy this confluence of Turkish and Italian cuisines.
Kabab plate with chicken meat, greens, tomatoes, cabbage, purple onions, fries and fresh focaccia bread. DELISH!

Yelp Review 2026 #146:…read more There are videos on social media going around claiming this McDonald's in Zermatt is the most expensive McDonald's in the world. This is actually not true. Prices are the same in Switzerland. Switzerland has the most expensive McDonald's in the world. What's unique about this location is that it blends in with its surroundings instead of being a stand alone building with bright lights. This looks like a Swiss cabin/ chalet. We came here at 1:30pm and you'd think it would be less busy because it's a bit after lunch. But it was still busy. No seats/ tables available on the first floor so, we had to go upstairs which is dark but quiet. At the basement is the bathroom. Of course, I tried menu items we don't have in the US from the sauces to the sandwiches and drinks. I tried the mango passionfruit drink. It was awful. It tasted nothing like mango or passionfruit. I got shrimps which I first had in McDonald's Greece. The food was typical McDonald's - nothing I'd order again. The best part was the building itself.
Stopped here as I just wanted a cheaper quick option…read more There was absolutely zero customer service. You order at a machine and they didn't even call a number when the orders were ready, so you just had to watch the counter. The fries were completely cold. The paprika burger was also cold and so disgusting that I didn't eat most of it. I know I don't eat fast food often, but this definitely reminded me of why I don't. The Nutella doughnut was the best part but only gets this to 2 stars. If you're trying to save money in Zermatt by eating a slightly cheaper meal, just go to Coop/Migros.
