It is a garlic and chive bowl, Mac n cheese base, slow cooked shredded beef, suppose to have coleslaw but it was missing, bacon, corn, pepper jack cheese. Chipotle mayo and BBQ sauce. The bowl had no real texture once ingredients were loaded in it. The Mac n cheese was nice and smooth but no real cheese taste to me. Shredded beef was plentiful but a little dry. Nice bed of corn on top. The chipotle mayo was the star, nice and smooth, very tasty. Sweet Baby Rays sauce on top with being blended with the mayo was delicious. I'm sure I will have to try again.

It did seem pricey for the amount of food compared to the bowl I got. Only reason I gave it four stars. But I was happy to be able to support a local business, especially during this time. They are out of Canal Winchester. They have had the truck since 2016 when they converted it from a Potato Chip truck. Ordered the Pulled pork, mac n cheese, baked beans and cole slaw. The pulled pork was on a grilled bun. The pork was a little dry to me. They have two sauces that you can have. Both are homemade. The regular was a little sweet and had a nice taste to it. The spicy had a little heat to it. Both were homemade and great. The mac n cheese was of the baked variety with plenty of cheese in it. They utilize spiral noodles in their variation. The baked beans were made with brown sugar and some pepper added, very tasty, great texture (will return just for them). The cole slaw is of the sweet variety, was made with several types of cabbage, carrots, celery salt and pepper.

Tatoheads = a solid food truck lunch experience!…read more Tatoheads parks outside of Germania on Front Street from time to time and it is SUPER close to my work so, recently, I decided to check it out. The first thing I did notice was that the poor young lady working in the truck was all on her own. This lead to the Tatoheads experience taking a VERY long time. I saw other colleagues walking to other restaurants in the area who both passed me heading to lunch and heading back to work because I was in line for so long and then had to wait for my food for so long. The gal working in the truck seemed very flustered even though she was super nice. When she brought me my order, she realized that it was completely wrong. She was super apologetic but I didn't have time to wait any longer so decided to go ahead and take the food she made. I ended up with Bacon Cheeseburger Fries. They were super delicious! It was such a yummy meal. Sadly, I am allergic to dairy so I ended up with some hives and a rash for eating it but it was basically worth it since it was so tasty. The portions were HUGE and I could barely finish my meal. I really liked it a lot and I hope to check it out again when they're less busy or less understaffed.

More like your cornstarch filled jellolike sweet chili sauce with green specks in it, so glad I saved the money on that. As the name indicates it's all about fried chicken. The chicken is brined with salt and water overnight. Makes the chicken super moist and crispy, it doesn't get any better. Why vegetable oil? They use 100% vegetable oil for their frying needs. It adds a nice mild flavor to the food, holds up to high temperature well, and its plant based! For the vegetarians out there, our fries are hand cut by us and brined overnight. No added ingredient. Potato, salt, water. We also have our fryers set up in such a way as to not cross contaminate the fries with the chicken! We have a dedicated fryer JUST for fries! Our fries are vegan and our chicken is gluten free! The fries were so tasty and had such a great texture. Yummmy!!! Their wings will be the crispiest, most perfectly cooked, tender wings you've ever had! From the overnight brine that makes the chicken super tender, adding the perfect amount of saltiness, to the way they fry them that creates the perfect crispy exterior, you wont find a better wing.
