I put my name on a wait list. 20 min later, I noticed many people had returned their skate assists. There were probably 6 of them behind the desk. I probably asked 5x or more if it was our turn on the wait list, every time I was told no. At one point the girl said "you're welcome to walk around out there with your own child" I have a hurt shoulder and a prosthetic hip, otherwise I would've :( Long story short, my son sat on the bench next to the skate rentals, waiting for his turn on the wait list, fighting back tears. In the 45+ min we waited, no one from the wait list ahead of us collected a single skate trainer. And we were repeatedly told we couldn't use one. I definitely understand waiting our turn, but when no one ahead is coming to collect them..... The guy at the skate rental place when we first arrived was super nice tho! But the girls I wasn't impressed with.

Was asked to sign another waiver yet again...The young lady whom I spoke to last weekend was very rude, she literally mock me and laughed, walked away !! Until today when there was a young gentleman name Rodolfo who clearly likes his job was kind enough to help rectify the issues. this man was very patient, took his time too explain why this could have possibly continued to happen even gave me a complementary entry for all our troubles. The climbing wall for kids, too, which I can imagine my kids using more in a few years. The area is always well-kept, feels clean and safe, and check in is easy once you've signed the waivers. We also had my son's birthday party here and they made it so easy to book, host, etc. The real reason I'm writing this review is that on one of our most recent trips to play here, I noticed their exceptional care and attention to detail in two ways- first, my son and his friend bonked heads, as 3 year olds do, and one of the guys working came right into the play structure to check on them because he heard them crying. He even offered an ice pack. So kind! Later during our time, I saw him step in and address a child's behavior who had been very very rough and consistently rude and aggressive with other kids. He went right up to the child's caregiver and gave a warning and a consequence after the behaviors he had been observing (we saw the same!). I was so impressed and I'm grateful that they are really watching and making sure all the kids are safe, beyond just physically. Major respect! Appreciate it!
