I must say my son and niece love this place!! Had some issues with their system not pulling up my son name and us knowing we've filled the waiver out several times basically every time we came this was very frustrating on top of that it seems to be a lot of young people working the front registers. most of the employees are nice however they lack being knowledgeable of the system used to store customer's information etc. Last weekend we came and had the same issue. Was asked to sign another waiver yet again...The young lady whom I spoke to last weekend was very rude, she literally mock me and laughed, walked away !! Until today when there was a young gentleman name Rodolfo who clearly likes his job was kind enough to help rectify the issues. this man was very patient, took his time too explain why this could have possibly continued to happen even gave me a complementary entry for all our troubles. This park is on the smaller side and It is warm inside! There is not air condition, just a bunch of fans. The trapeze is closed off because the worker has to pull the bar for the kids, if you ask they will open it for a few minutes but the worker gets bored handing the trapeze bar to the kids. The 2 just stands around on one side chatting with each other instead of patrolling. Mostly flat courts. read more

Do not ever take personal items inside or off your person. Had a party for my daughter there and noticed the odd signs stating "no surveillance in party room" or something similar, and had things taken that none of our party took. Very much hurt by that, so if we ever return, I won't be taking any personal items that can't fit inside a fanny pack so I keep it close. Also was charged a different number than discussed and ordered so that was also unpleasant. read more

Good experience: The young woman at the desk was friendly, courteous and helpful during registration for my two grandkids. Situational: I have difficulty writing due to arthritic hands. With the assistance of the young woman at the registration counter, we attempted registration using the QR code. The QR code wouldn't recognize information for us although we were following the prompts. The manager was asked for assistance. Bad experience: The manager was dismissive and apparently too busy to hear that we had already done what he said we didn't do. Quickly turned and left. Due to his lack of assistance, I felt that I was not capable of using technology. I believe I just experienced a first, ageism. It feels terrible. Very clean visiting after school during the week. Staff were a bit much but can appreciate it was for safety. Lots of different activities for kids to enjoy in the jump area and the hour session was the right amount of time to spend bouncing. The arcade games actually paid out more tickets than expected so they could redeem more items which was cool. My great nephew had his fifth birthday party there and as his great auntie, I had never been to a place like that I've seen them on TV but everybody all the kids everybody had a really good time was really good also and the staff was very friendly. We had a family get together over Memorial Weekend and ended up taking 8 kids here. They had a blast! We especially appreciated that there were different, age appropriate sections to allow for safe play at each developmental stage. It's a trampoline park, your kids will love it. That's not enough to get a review though - excellent customer service is however! My little brother was in town and we tried to come here, but we were unaware of the summer hour change (it's 10-6, you can find it at the bottom of the site - different than where you see regular hours) so when we came last night for family night they were closed. We came back again today for his last for his day. The manager heard about our problem and made it more than right! Thank you so much such excellent customer service! I have brought my three year old son to this place a few times. This place has the potential to be a great place. Key word is potential. They have more "safety" rules than you can imagine. But the rules are way too overly precautious and zap all the fun out of the experience. I understand some rules are appropriate but here many of their rules are just ridiculous. Even if there is a slight safety benefit from these rules, the benefit is far outweighed by the fact that the rules severely limit the fun of the experience. Further, all participants have to sign a waiver. I don't understand why they are so strict on these unnecessary "safety" rules. The most ironic part is that we went today and water was leaking from the roof all over the facility, but they still opened and let kids run right through where water is leaking. Water on the floor poses a legitimate slipping hazard but they were more concerned about making sure only one little kid jumps per square. Failing to properly address the roof leak issue leaves me thinking that it's totally disingenuous for them to say their rules are about their patrons safety. More likely, they are paranoid about liability. I would love to come back here but they really need to relax the "safety" policies and let the kids and parents have an ounce of fun or they are going to be out of business. read more

Trying to find something fun to do in this hot summer weather! I took my niece for just something new to do around Chico. I had never been, but it was great for her to jump around for a bit and get her energy out. She loved it! Many warned us that there's no air conditioning , so I'm glad we went on a relatively cool day... But, staff is super friendly and helpful! We went earlier in the day on Thursday and it was pretty busy but the girl up front, brea still found time to ask us if our hydro flask needed more ice or water. After jumping, she also brought us Otterpops to cool off. It was crazy to see the changes they made from off the wall soccer, it looks great inside huge improvement. I recommend this place for people who have kids who need to get their energy out, and enjoy jumping around. Her birthday is coming up and she told me she would love to have her party here. So I'll be recommending it to her parents as a fun option. read more

The trampoline part is alright but the customer service was terrible. If you have kids of two different sizes they can't play together in the same areas. The staff was rude and wouldn't let me escort my child through the big court. He is only six! I overheard the young staff talking badly about other patrons and how they really put them in their place. Very disappointed. I used to bring my children here all the time and never have had an experience like this. If this is the new post Covid rare air I won't be back. Rare air in chico, Ca was the worse experience I've ever had. I came in for toddler time, and it was so hot and stuffy and they expected us to wear our masks?!! You expect our kids to breathe in this warehouse while playing?!! I literally almost past out. This was our first time here and I will never come back here. Just letting people know, they didn't open the fans and ac unit till 10:00 am when they opened for the "public". Toddler time was 9:00 to 10:00 am. If I could do zero stars I would. Our experience here was not a good one. We where home for the holidays and wanted to take out child and family out to have some fun. The whole time we where there we where targeted and constantly corrected. We couldn't enjoy ourselves because everything we did seemed to be wrong. We where told we had to buy sock but there where plenty of moms without socks in there. One employee gave my nephew a basketball and another one turned around and took it away from him. We where told we had to leave because my daughter was tired and wanted to hold her hand sized dog stuffed animal and they said no. While we where getting a refund I was laughed at to me face by an employee. This place has horrible Customer service and if I was you I would find another place to go have some family fun. Took my kids to establishment. My family and I felt that we were targeted shortly after arrival. We had 4 kids that were toddlers. We took them into the toddler area and were bouncing with them, and were shortly after instructed not to JUMP with them, ok. So we adapted to bouncing with them and helping them feel the trampoline, within moments we were instructed not to bounced with our kids to hold them. Shortly after my brother and I had try to test one of the trampolines to see what they were like. Immediately Two individuals told us we can't jump unless we have wrist bands, "ok, we were just checking if we want to try it out". So we proceed to go and get wristbands because we thought hey let's have some fun too. After our return immediately again we were approached and told we needed wristbands, we acknowledge and said thank you. The individual was persistent with us and asked us to show him our bands, ok no problem. With in the next ten minutes we began to feel singled out as we had been approached several times already, while no other family's there had. On the next approach they told us we needed signed waivers... we have already signed waivers, why are we being singled out? Mind you that many other family's and kids were running a muck and no attention was paid to them. Coming to an end of our visit my daughter was approached by an individual and told my wife that she can't have her palm sized stuff animal in the area because they do not allow toys in the jumping area according to the rules. Ok, we asked them why they have the hard plastic jumpers and dodgeballs in the area if no toys are allowed, and asked to see the rules they were talking about. No rules were produced and the girl behind the counter came to our attention as we were in progress of leaving and had offered our money back (only received a percentage back). During our leave we brought it to the attention of the staff that we felt singled out and were being attacked by them during our time at the rare air. At this time Mr. Rodolfo was mocking my wife and laughing at her while she was expressing her concerns to them. We come to the area but once in a while and enjoy having fun and don't mind paying establishments for their product. We will not be returning to this establishment. read more

It was a slower day that we picked to go but we all had a blast and thought the staff was super friendly and good at keeping things safe. I actually loved rare air at one point. I went when I was 17 and had a blast! Now coming back to the place with my 3 year old daughter, I was harassed twice by two young males for jumping with my toddler. I was confused as to why I paid for a ticket and was told I needed to leave but my daughter can jump. Also that they were afraid I'd get parents riled up and to start jumping the smaller children even though there was no other children other than my own that i was playing with. I approached them at their water stand and asked why am I not allowed to play with my daughter? (keep in mind my family and I drove another town over for our celebration we were having.) "Oh! sorry! I didn't know you paid! And if you're really unhappy go get a refund." I did not take the gas and time to sit there and not enjoy myself. other than that, the place has been updated nicely and the female staff were nice but I will NOT be coming back to this business for the rude interactions on a busy day. thank you but no thank you rare air. My Children and I usually have a great time at this establishment but this evening for my sons 12th bday we had quite a different experience. From the time we walked through the front door we were treated Like we were an inconvenience. Then front desk person Gave us the wrong size socks and scoffed when we asked for a smaller pair. She then walked away when we asked for a receipt and we had to track her down to get it. Once again she was very irritated . Then my youngest was jumping in the juniors area was kicked out mind you we are the only ones here and he is 6. I hate to leave a review like this one as this was my first time going here and have heard great things but let me start by saying that this is an indoor trampoline park where kids are jumping around and the air conditioning was not working which made it so hot that even my 5 year old didn't want to jump so on to the games where first I went to get a card that u load and that machine was only taking pay pass and not chip reader so I had to use the app ok whatever , then as I realized there are more games not working then we're actually working and the games u play for tokens only 4 were working there must have been 30 games in total maybe 10 total tokens and non tokens at the most working my friend had her daughters birthday here for a 300 dollar room for a party and the room air was barley working and the trampoline park itself was miserable hot I will definitely not be going back but wanted others to be aware as it is expensive for the kids to be to hot to jump. The people running the place also never came and checked on us once the candles that were supposed to be provided I had to go ask for them, they never refilled our drinks, and the kids were thirsty from being so hot and the drinks did not get to the table until about a half hour after the party started, they never helped us clear anything off of the table, it was pointless to rent the room as there was no help offered read more

I booked a party here for my 8 year old. It was super pricey but ya know, do it for the kid. I like to have parties at places like this so I can sit back and enjoy the party and my kids birthday a little. This is not what I experienced whatsoever. When signing in the employee didn't look at me once, there was not one smile, no exchange of friendly customer service. They had lost one of my child's waivers from a previous jump session so I had to repeat the process before letting them jump. Other friends of the party had to also repeat this process even though they had been there previously. When it came time for cake and ice cream they had no ice cream scooper. This was one of the main questions I had when they called me for party details. They not only did not have a scooper but did not offer me anything in place of the scooper. All the employees just sat out near the computers chillin while I scramble to what scoop with the knife that had been provided?! And remember what I said before, that I spend the money so I can sit back and enjoy my kids birthday. There was no assistance! They did not enter the room, no help with cake and ice cream. I even had to ask them for a plastic spoon so I could scoop my ice cream. Whatever. I was just so disappointed I spent over $200 dollars on Rare Air and got terrible service. My kids had fun, rare air is fun, but for moms who pay people to enjoy the birthday too, DO NOT BOOK at Rare Air. Cal Skate is the spot, yo! They do everything for you. Like everything. Oh and now 3 weeks later my child who's waiver was lost at my kids party was not in their computer again so I got a call saying there was no waiver. BRUH! I have filled it out 3 times now. The WORST place to have a birthday party! I completely regret spending my money on this place!!! First off, I called to book my party twice because there was a confusion with trying to book online. I was told I would get a confirmation email of my party details and I never did so thankfully I called them to confirm and they had my party booked at the wrong time. I get it mistakes happen and I am not upset about that but we went over the party details in depth and my daughter was super excited for the party considering we have been to a place similar to this in the past and we knew it would be a fun idea. When we arrived for my daughters party we were not greeted at all, I had to find an employee and ask what to do and where to go. We had then went into the room and set up and I was not expecting the rooms to be decorated because I had already asked about that over the phone but my goodness the room was a let down! The "party room" that you pay extra for consists of a very poor paint job, a happy birthday sticker on the wall and picnic benches. They were definitely NOT what you see in the pictures they advertise! Also their version of providing plates, napkins & silverware were the cheapest you could get! If I am paying $200 for a party I at least expect a paper plate that can hold a slice of cake. Our party host was not friendly at all! She stayed behind a computer or chatting with other co-workers the ENTIRE TIME. Not once were we asked if we needed any help or how things were going. They did not help cut/serve cake and ice cream (like we were told they would) and they did not come in periodically to check on us, especially after eating pizza, to help clear off the tables and give us new plates for cake and ice cream to follow. Our host was not friendly, nice, smiling etc. She was flat out rude near the end of the party to the point where we cleaned up after ourselves afterwards and I went back into the party room where she was at to tell her "thank you" and I got a rude "Mhm" in return. Any time we needed anything WE had to hunt down someone to help us. I thought the point of paying for a party room was to have a "hassle free" party. To top it all off it was EXTREMELY HOT inside there! They could have warned me that they do not have A/C on a day where it is 105. Also another reason I booked this place because we were trying to beat the heat. Extremely disappointed in this place and will never go back! read more

Took two kids (one three and one six) here to get some summer energy out! The kids had an absolute blast! Although my littlest was too small to technically jump on the big court, when all the other kids were gone, they let my two jump together. The staff was all super nice and helpful! Even brought me a complimentary water bottle while I watched the kids. The only downside was that the combo between the music and the fans made it a little too loud and to be able to hear what my jumpers were saying, we'd have to meet right at the net. I just wanted to take a minute to praise the staff on duty tonight. I have a 6yr old autistic son and 4 other children plus my two nieces tonight. My autistic son was having a melt down and the staff went above and beyond helping us really enjoy our time there. The manager was very sweet and understanding and took the time to talk to us, my son, and made sure we had everything we needed. The last three times we've gone, we've been approached by a growing group of homeless transients/tweakers. There's a fairly large group that has carved out a place for themselves along the side and back of the building openly doing drugs and panhandling, sometimes with their young children. At first it was just a couple of them. Now, they've settled with equipment and means for shelter. Ignoring the problem and looking in the other direction is only making it worse. This is quickly becoming an unsafe area and I don't want to have to explain to my kids why they're giving each shots or why that person is acting funny on our way into what should be a fun time. To the management, you're quickly becoming known as the homeless hangout and where drugs can be acquired. read more

This was rough. It started when I tried to book a two hour jump session on their website but it had some weird error everytime I tried. So I started thinking on doing a party but was slightly confused by some of the stuff. Call, leave a message a few days later a haggy teen girl calls back and when I ask about booking two hour sessions she says it has to be done on the site and tell me the site isn't down I'm doing it wrong. Okay. So I go to the site and book a party. I purchase the party pack with tokens for the games. Being step mom to the birthday boys, mom losing her cool and I have to reschedule. I call a few times and finally get a nice teen sounding girl who rescheduled it for me, they made that easy, minus the hard to get ahold of them. Invitations are sent to school with my step sons. The day of the party they call to say they don't have a party booked for me and leave a message on my machine while I'm at work. I have 10+ strangers I can't contact going to a place I paid 200$ too to have them not have me scheduled for a party. I call 10+ times where I finally get someone who says I don't have a party scheduled... oh wait yes I do. Okay fine. So I get the early. Where I'm told since I didn't pay for pizza i can have no outside food or drink except a dessert for birthday song. I ask about water they make an exception for me. They tell me my party room isn't ready yet so i must wait until I'm retrieved. So myself and a group of strangers, while I'm holding my hot fussy toddler wait until 5 mins passed the party time (i waited probably 20 + mins) when I ask and they say the room has been ready for awhile, why are we just in the lobby? So we get registered. My husband takes the children and parents to jump, I take my son home. Now from what my husband tells me, outta 10, 2 dont show up (you pay by kid there so technically I overpaid them but whatever). They never gave out any tokens that I paid an extra 50 for then brought pizza I didn't ask for (actually specifically said no too) then tried to give my husband a bill for the pizza. I didn't see a single person working over the age of 18. Now I'm in my 20s so I don't care about teens working places but holy headaches! Took forever to get ahold of someone, half the time they were rude, I was misinformed multiple times, they almost cancelled my party the day of, didn't give us something we paid for then gave us something we didn't ask for then tried to charge us for it....I will never NEVER step for in this place again. read more

I was in town visiting family and thought I would try this place with my family (husband, 4 y/o, 3 y/o, 18 mo, brother, SIL, niece 2y/o). The experience was awful and I've been to multiple trampoline parks. From the moment we arrived we were stopped every 3 min for someone to tell us another "rule". I understand the rules are enforced to maintain safety but the staff there seemed very selective in whom they wanted to reinforce these supposed rules with. My children and family are very respectable and well behaved so I was truly taken aback as I clearly observed others breaking rules and being obnoxious knocking small children over or parents unable to appropriately control their own children or parents on the trampoline without certified socks and nothing was said to them. My husband went in with our children to the trampoline to watch over them and he was very cautious but told he could not jump at all yet he was told he needed to purchase socks. This made no sense and was not universally enforced when other parents were without socks on the trampoline. Then after purchasing a wrist band for himself so the staff would lay off they stopped him from jumping again to tell him he needed to sign a waiver which they already told him he was cleared for. He then brought up the waiver on his phone since clearly the staff was having trouble figuring it out. My 18 mo son was walking around on the deck, one of the staff members gave him a basketball to play with, he then walked over to the junior area and the ball was taken away from him. My niece who is 2 y/o was getting tired and grabbed her stuffed puppy which is probably 6" or less and the staff told her she could not have it in the junior area. She is 2, she doesn't jump much and it's as soft if not softer than the dodgeballs that are chucked at one another that they have on the trampolines. Overall it felt like constant harassment and not a good time at all. We decided to request a refund and some of the staff was very unprofessional in their comments saying they would "see us again" and also (Rudolpho) laughed in my sister in laws face.
