Pretty fun trampoline park in Redding…read more They have a few different sections inside. Two areas for older kids on the left and middle sections, and another section on the right for smaller kids. They have a dodgeball area as well as a rock climbing wall The prices are reasonable, especially when you have younger kids shorter than 42". It only cost $7-$8 per kids. They also have an arcade area in the main lobby. Not a ton of games but enough to keep a kid busy for 30-45 minutes? A few of my negative experiences: 1. it's a smaller trampoline park and in a place like Redding, when it rains for example, the place is PACKED. 2. Even though they had a "little kid" section, there was no regulation. There were tons of older kids running around the toddler area, knocking over our toddler and baby. 3. the yelp hours, their website hours and their actual hours are not the same which is super frustrating. Yelp says they're open at 10am every day Their website says "Normal Hours: Monday - Friday : 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM Saturday: 10 AM - 8 PM Sunday: 11 AM Their actual hours: 11am Monday - Friday (see photo) 4. No one answers the phone here. I tried calling at 10am, and continued to call every 15-20 minutes without anyone ever answering the phone. Then around 2:30pm someone finally answered and confirmed they opened at 11am that morning... Which sucked because by the time we got their after 3:30 the place was slammed and our kids were overran by older kids. Over all I'd give it a 3 stars. I would've given it to 4 Star, but I hated that it was so crowded. I also hated that i tried calling for over 3 hours and no one answered the phone DM me and I'll show you the call log. I won't post here because it's unnecessary

Not safe for smaller children! I took my five-year-old twin girls here last weekend on a rainy day…read more Within about 60 seconds of stepping onto the main mat with all of the little squares to jump on, a bigger kid jumped in passing right behind my daughter and fractured her tibia. No staff offered to help upon seeing her injured on the mat. It was so busy that there was no way to keep track of who injured my daughter and try to address the issue. Bigger kids are simply given free rein to injure smaller children here! That bigger kid will probably continue to do this without any accountability or prevention measures taken on the part of rare air. I'm sure they're just simply delighted with all the money they made on that busy day without being able to provide a safe environment for the children. There was no first aid available on site. The most that the staff members could offer me was to try to give me a refund. Unfortunately " the card wasn't working" to give me a refund. So convenient for them to take my money so quickly and not be able to refund me within a few minutes. They attempted to give me a partial refund on another card, only offering about 2/3 of what I paid to get in. After going to the ER and getting a splint on my daughter's leg, rare air called me to tell me that they were "praying for me." I don't know which religion or god they are praying to, but I don't share that worldview and that was entirely meaningless to me. it was more like a slap in the face after everything that happened.

Sometimes it'll be an issue with another kid or a bigger kid even but it's not something that is out of the normal for that many kids. It gets worked out. The staff is nice and usually helpful. Lots of good birthday parties there. I like it better than the other trampoline parks. They could do a better job of answering the phone tho. Never is crazy lol also the new hours, 4-8pm in the middle of summer is wild. It used to be a pretty solid place for parents to come work remote while their kids played but apparently that era is over. 4-8 is like the prequel to closing for good.

When we arrived, I was told my toddler could jump while I watched from the sidelines. However, after seeing how chaotic the facility was, there was no way I felt comfortable doing that. Children were running around unsupervised, teenagers were climbing up the slides the wrong way, kids weren't taking turns, and I didn't see staff monitoring any slides. To keep my 23-month-old safe, I ended up paying the additional 50% fee so I could accompany him on the trampoline. Instead of being able to relax and enjoy the party, I spent the entire time chasing and playing alongside my toddler to make sure he didn't get hurt. It was exhausting--I left drenched in sweat, and I'm 38 years old, a runner, and in good shape. Unfortunately, the experience got worse when we left the party area. Someone stole my Altra running shoes along with the zippered party favor bags we had received. My 5-year-old was heartbroken. On top of that, many of the arcade games were out of order, two major attractions were closed. I think this location would benefit greatly from having a dedicated toddler area where younger children can play safely away from older kids. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this Urban Air.

I've been to this Sky Zone Roseville around four times now for birthdays or child entertainment,…read moreand unfortunately each visit has had the same recurring issue: being ignored at check-in or unexplained slowness even if you pay online and do the waivers prior. One of the employees then turned around, and it said Manager on the back of her shirt, so it enforced my opinion that they simply don't care about customer care. For our most recent visit, we purchased tickets online and arrived about 15 minutes early. We walked up to the counter to check in and stood there waiting while two employees worked on something else. I understand staff may be handling another issue, but basic customer service goes a long way. A simple "Welcome in, I'll be with you shortly" would have acknowledged that we were seen. Instead, we waited about 10 minutes before being helped, despite there being no other guests in front of us. Another thing that stood out was the inconsistency in enforcing rules. There are numerous signs stating that outside food and beverages are not allowed, yet many guests had Yeti-style tumblers and drink containers sitting on tables. There are also signs posted saying beverages are not permitted in the jump areas, but parents were openly standing nearby with drinks. Whether those drinks contained water or "something else" isn't really the point. Rules should either be enforced consistently or not posted so prominently. When standards appear optional, it naturally makes guests wonder what other policies might be overlooked. The facility itself serves a purpose and gives kids a great place to burn off energy, especially during the summer heat. However, the overall operation feels disorganized. Most of the staff appear very young, and when a manager became involved, they didn't seem much older. That may help explain the lack of urgency, customer service, and attention to detail. If Sky Zone weren't one of the few indoor options for active kids in the area, I would likely look elsewhere. The attractions are fine, but after four visits, the check-in process and overall customer experience still leave a lot of room for improvement.
