Excellent course. Informative & real life pertinent! Paco did a great job relating the class material to daily driving situations. A+

Where do I begin? First of all, I was a student, not a parent. The parents do not take the course,…read morewe do. I'm also not just some teenager mad because he gave me some constructive criticism. I have played team sports I know how coaches can get. This guy just puts you down just to be mean, there is no learning involved. I'm also two years removed from taking this course so I have had some time to think and compare. I mean coming here will get the job done but prepared for racist, sexist, and anti-semite jokes. I'm not very sensitive at all when it comes to humor but even I was appalled by this dude sometimes. Other than that, he is stubborn, and generally just a mean human being. He routinely made me feel terrible about myself and my driving, probably to boost his ego. I was used to sports coaches doing the same stuff but now looking back I would never let a driving instructor talk to me like he did. Classes also made me fall asleep every day, no exaggeration. If he sees your phone on your desk, he takes it. Generally just a sad excuse for a man. He taught me maybe, I mean MAYBE two things about driving. I spent 20 minutes learning how to park with him and then he never brought it up again. I never learned how to parallel park (which I ended up having to do on my test). Everything else I learned from my mom or from reading the manual myself. I'm begging you, please take someone else. Benson's, Mr. K, wherever. Wait until you're 18 if you have to. This was my last option too, and I regret taking it. Don't waste your money, especially if you don't have the thickest skin.

Everything started off great, class was great, a lot of observation hours available. Then, the no…read moredriving hours being available, started. Excuses around instructors not being available, and certainly the teachers did not limit students from scheduling all 10 hrs ahead of time and other students were completely left with no hours available to drive. This went on for weeks. There were students with literally no hours driven with instructors, or very little hours available to drive with instructors. Class instruction ended, and months have gone by and Bob Flight has provided absolutely zero support. We call nearly everyday, leave a message, and call the regional office, leave a message. No response, and no call backs. Bob Flight is completely not helpful. He makes up rules as well that is not on the contract, like his own beliefs that he feels the student does not have enough personal hours driven, so he literally just doesn't allow the student to schedule drives. Which is ridiculous by the way, as he is furthering the issue by not scheduling hours with students. I believe this place needs to be reviewed for their complete lack of customer service and professionalism as we have paid the contract in full before the classes started, performed personal self driving with adult supervision, only for Bob Flight to create rules so your son does not get hours to schedule with driving instructors. So, here we are months after class ended, and no one will call us back to help finish off my sons driving hours with the instructors, or lack of instructors available. So NOW, with my son back at school, and with a schedule full of after school activities (varsity sports), I have to check the schedule everyday and pray that hours open up DURING SCHOOL HOURS, to take him out of school and potentially have driving hours with an instructor. We are at a loss.. and now have no where to go. If this is what it costs to get this service, then please, do yourself a favor, and do not go to this hack driving school.

One of the most expensive road lesson around, their driver's ed class was ok but their road lesson…read moresuck. They expect your kid know how to driver already, if he/she doesn't how, don't bother booking a road lesson with them. So, what is their job then and what are we paying them for? There is a reason why we pay them to teach our kids how to drive because some parents don't have to time to teach and some parents are just too nervous to teach like myself. Driving lesson can be very dangerous if you don't have a quick reaction as an instructor which some of don't because we're not instructor, that's not what we do everyday unlike the real instructor, that's their job. I did try teaching my kid how to drive, it was nerve wrecking, my car got damaged, we almost hit a pedestrian, and we almost got into two would have been a major accident because my reaction was not quick enough to press the emergency brake. Back when I took driver's lesson, there was no parents involve, all my parent did was pay for my lessons. So, if for some reasons the parents don't drive or lost their driving privileges', does that mean their kid can't take road lesson with AAA? I regret signing up for this, I thought we pay the extra bucks to have my kid have the best learning experience but it is not the case. I am very disappointed and wouldn't recommend this to any parents who can't teach how to drive. If your kid already knew how to drive and you just want them to take your kid for the road, then that's what they are for.

This was the worst experience. A disorganized mess and completely unprofessional. Ms. Eckles is…read morerude with no respect for time. Often she didn't show for classes or scheduled driving hours and then blames the student for her mistakes. Don't send your child here if you want them to learn to drive. On one occasion she actually forgot that my child had been in the car with her for 3 hours and then refused to schedule my child the following week stating there was a no show for a lesson. An absolutely horrible program run by unprofessional hacks. I am calling the state to find out the licensing requirements and finding any method possible to warn people of this con artist. Over books the class. Not enough instructors. No show for classes. No show for driving hours. Late Rude Snarky Updating this because I just spoke to another parent that had the same problem with both of his children. Want to make sure parents are aware of how horrible this program is.

Classes are not communicated until sometimes after 11pm the Sunday before, most of the time this weekly schedule is either wrong or she will change or cancel last minute. Our original class was set to start in January and was postponed until March. My daughter did not complete her classes and road lessons until the first week of June, this was with constant pressure from the parents. The state mandated parent meeting was scheduled TWICE and Mrs.Eckles was a NO SHOW both times. There was never a parent meeting, yet twice parents made time to join a scheduled Zoom for the instructor to not show. There is zero communication response. She does not return calls, texts or emails, yet blames the kids for being disorganized. There is also an issue of safety. At the completion of a road lesson, my 16 year old daughter was left in a parking lot in Nashua, ALONE, 20 min before the lesson was scheduled to end. She starts every class and lesson late and finishes early! My daughters road lessons consisted of driving around, my daughter had to start requesting specific skills to practice during lessons because otherwise she would just drive from Bedford to Nashua without working on any specific skills! I could continue.... RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DRIVING SCHOOL!
