I travel a good bit, but try to reserve the majority of my Lilly purchases for this store. I owned 2 clothing stores for about 18 years, and sold Lilly in both locations. Pink Narcissus really gets the Lilly vibe, and as someone who socialized with Lilly personally, she would have loved the store and it's staff. Such a great store!

A store associate immediately asked if we needed assistance, and when I told her what I was looking for, she gave us a very condescending look/response... Furthermore, my friend found a dress that she wanted to try on and the employee stressed that it was VINTAGE and she hinted that my friend would not be able to fit into the dress!! We just felt that it was an overall negative experience based on the store associates interactions with us.

She was not only adorable but also so helpful, made excellent recommendations and made the whole experience even more fun. From the moment you walk in, you feel like family, not just a customer.
