We also were able to buy a pickleball racket for $12 which normally retails for $50. It's good to have as a spare for a visitor.It is close to some other stores as well but I would go to another locale. They also do not give the Senior Discount on Mondays (10%) at this location. When I asked why not, they had no idea. They even asked the manager and she didn't have an answer for me.

Came through when I needed them…read more Long story as short as possible - I had went to one of their other locations to pick up something for my son, but they didn't have it there. They ended up having it here and agreed to hold it for me to come the next day (it was also the last one they had). So I ended up here. I've never been to a Men's Wearhouse before and was now in my second one in less than 24 hours - and just like the other location, I was impressed overall with the neatness, selections, and the friendly employees. I can't say enough how friendly everyone was here and that certainly does go a long way. I found the jacket that they held for me and my son was happy to have gotten the jacket he wanted. I was appreciative they held it. Located in Rockland Plaza, there is more than enough parking spaces in the large lot. While I don't live in the immediate area, I'd definitely come here again.

I asked to speak to a manager and it took over 10 minutes to get to speak to him...cashier called him 18x before he answered her call. He said that he had only 3 carts for the whole store...really? When I explained, I was looking to buy a substantial number of products, his response was to run each item to the cashier for her to hold. So basically, he expected me to run back and forth my whole shopping experience. This is not customer service...this is customer piss off. Needless I will not shop in the store ever again!
