They showed up within 4 business days and even responded to an email that I had written concerning their arrival. The ties looked like they did on the site and worked perfectly fine for the event. I haven't worked with a lot of bow ties but the only thing was where it connected the metal piece would kind of move to the side but it was still functioning just fine.

We walked into an empty store and he picked up a pair of slacks. The salesperson approached us, took the pants out of his hands and said....don't touch the clothes, it's a display. the pants were folded on a table. He then said Don't touch anything, ask me if you want anything. Well my husband wanted those pants in his size but the guy walked away. I was in shock. So was my husband. We left. It was grating on us so after some buying elsewhere we returned and told the salesman (use that term loosely) that his actions and lack of help and rude behavior was unacceptable. Rather then ask what he could do for us, he told us how much money they payed for displays. We told him how that didn't do much for any empty store. He told us how they'd been in business for 47 years and they didn't need us!! We certainly don't need you either. Thanks for the memories though. It was once an incredible store with equally fine salespeople.

This is probably one of the most chaotic Nordstrom rack locations I have ever been to. The line is…read moresimilar to that of a home goods and is always mobbed no matter what day or time you are there. I was here to pick up an online order which was decently efficient. However this inside of this location seemed a bit disorganized as there were boxes and bags everywhere. Also I've noticed these discount stores seem to allow everyone to bring their dogs in. I am a huge dog lover but your barking out of control doodle which is clearly not a trained service dog has zero business being in a store. There are ample amounts of clothes and shoes and accessories but it does take some time to sift through what you are looking for. I would say 60/40 of the store has a good deal if you are knowing where to look.
