The woman took a look at the one pair I had and said "this is not the timeframe for it." they were sweater boots, not sure why she thinks they are not fall items. The other pair was a pair of Cole haan boots that retail new for $130, I wore maybe once, she told me the price and I questioned that it was really all she thought she could get for them, without saying anything else she looked at me and said "I don't want your items" and closed the boxes. I've never dealt with anyone more rude in my life. Would not recommend shopping here.

The instructor Casey was so clear and helpful in explaining things it really broke it down so completely un-crafty people could easily become super crafty! I made a blanket the perfect size for my cats and they are obsessed with it. I was so happy they recorded the class so I could go back and finish up with proper instructions the next day. They made the class fun and engaging, and left me feeling accomplished at the end! A total success!

My manager had arranged for my teammates and I to take a virtual class with The Crafty Kit to arm-knit some blankets. We choose our blanket color ahead of time through a quick and easy online ordering process and our three skeins arrived in the blink of an eye. Casey led the virtual class with incredible patience and that made the whole experience feel fun and approachable. She demonstrated each step first, then guided us through the process in real time, making sure no one felt left behind. She even restarted portions of the lesson a couple of times just to ensure everyone was on the same page, which was greatly appreciated. At the end of the session, Casey shared some of the other classes offered by The Craft Kit, and wow, what a great course list. Such a fun team activity and I'm genuinely obsessed with my chonky kawaii blanket. It took me about two hours to finish my blanket from start-to-finish.

My 12 y.o. son is a huge Star Wars collector, and he discovered HH on Yelp about. year ago. We've gone maybe a dozen times now even though it's an hour round trip. We often find rare and impossible to get items here and if it's not on the shelves, it's probably in their basement, so just ask. We became friendly with Jordan and Val on our trips there, and Jordan has been especially gracious. He always has time to talk, answer questions, and be friendly. Even when we come to just window shop, we still have great talks. Recently my son was looking for an ARC-170 gunship, and Jordan and Val had just gotten one in that had missing parts, and they gave it to my son as a thank you for being a loyal customer. It made my son's month. The store is a block from the central shopping district, so when we go we get bagels or Korean chicken and make a day out of it, or go the few blocks to Trader Joes. I know a Trader Joes isn't a selling point for a store specifically, but as a parent of someone who loves shopping here it's nice to have a cute town that can be part of the experience.

I plan on coming back with girlfriends and making it a girls-night-out. Highly recommended.

Moment I stepped into this store, the atmosphere was amazing let alone the clothes that were displayed. I was immediately greeted kindly by the owner of the store/ great employees. The owner was a young woman filled with intellegiance and taste in fashion. I myself am a horrible dresser so the beauty about this butique is that the employees and owner will assist you and help you towards nice coordinated outfits or anything on your mind. The clothes let alone sell themselves but with the help of the staff it makes the experience much more relaxing and fun. Not once did I feel pressured or intimidated purchase anything. Wow. just wow. That is all i have to say about this fantastic store. I'm not really into trends and have a hard time matching clothing from time to time and the owner of the store (who i found out is only 20!) did an amazing job putting together outfits for me. She really knows what shes doing and it just makes me so happy to see young girls working so hard for what they want...coming from someone who is twice her age. The clothing is very unique and what i love the most is you can either dress her clothing up for a fancy occasion, or dress it down for a relaxed night. Overall great experience. They were able to help me pick out an assortment of items for her, all at much more affordable rates then what I was seeing online or in the mall.
