The staff were helpful, attentive and professional. I would note the reception area is not typical for an ER or hospital but it appears to work. They attended to our needs within a reasonable timeframe. I have not yet received billing for both visits but my experience to date has been positive.

Took 45 min to be seen and that was with only 2 people in front of us. I think they may not have that many Dr's on duty but either way the staff is polite and courteous. After I went onto the United Concordia in-network page, I saw this location and so I googled and Yelped this location. The website was pretty impressive, so I decided to check it out. I called last Friday 4/6/18 and I got an appointment for 9AM 4/9/18, which was great. I arrived at the office at 9am and there were a few people ahead of me. Since I was new, I had to fill out paperwork and give my insurance card. I'd say within 15-20 minutes, which was be amount of time it took to fill out my paper work, I was called back to the office. The receptionist and dental hygienist was very courteous to me. I had my X-rays done, and I was able to see them on the screen right in front of me in real time, which was really neat. Then she took a portable wand camera and took a picture of an area in my mouth that needed a deeper clean so that the dentist can review it. Dr. Silva attended me and he was very courteous and professional. He looked at my X-rays and performed his exam. He noticed I had a superficial cavity that he recommended filling and suggested I may not need an injectable medication since the cavity was very shallow. He also wanted to remove the excess tartar from the area that the hygienist had noted, which I agreed to both being done. I had not had a cavity in 16 years, and I can definitely say this was not a bad experience. He performed my filling with very minimal discomfort and then my cleaning. It was very quick and efficient. Finally I had my teeth flossed and polished by the hygienist. She then was educating me regarding ways to help prevent tartar build up and to ensue I maintained my regular 6 month exams, seeing as I hadn't been to the dentist in about a year and a half. She then took an after picture of the area he dentist cleaned and scraped away. The difference was amazing! I left the dentist very happy and very clean. Will definitely keep coming here

Walked in door was unlocked. Apparently they're closed for lunch until two went back out to my car 2 PM. I walked in along with six other people . would've been so easy to just hand me the 10 page packet to fill out while they were closed for lunch since the young lady was sitting at the front counter not doing anything she wasn't eating. I didn't even know they were close for lunch. It would've been nice if somebody had told me before my appointment don't arrive before two because we're close for lunch.. absolutely the worst experience I've ever had going to a new dentist for the first time.!!!! Appointment was at 2 PM at 2:50 PM. I walked up to the front counter. The receptionist looked at me turned around, walked away, so I sat back down got back up again when she got back to her chair and she repeated it she just left me standing without even acknowledging me.!!!! it's a very racist dental Clinic,, and I hate to say that, but I felt very targeted due to the fact that I'm white they had no problems helping everyone else in there that was obviously Hispanic. How do you have a brand new patient walk into your office and not even acknowledge them? How hard is it to say I'll be with you in a minute.... or take a seat I'll be with you as soon as I can..... or I'm so glad your new patient that's coming to our office. How can I help you?...... but nothing just an evil stare and no communication.... It's so sad. We're a very, very small town with not a lot of options, but I will never go back again.
