If you're thinking about stopping in just go ahead and take that $20-$50 that you plan on spending there and throw it out the window. You'll be much more satisfied then if you spend it on bad product. I used to stop in at least twice a week to buy Hyde rebels. After several hundreds of dollars spent on disposables I had left the store after recently purchasing got to my car and it stopped working. I went back into the store to talk to them about what the options might be and was told there's nothing they can do. After realizing they don't care too much about the customer and only about the dollar I stopped taking my business here. Several months later also a few days ago I decided to give them another try this time I went in to get some Vape juice. The Vape juice I got is absolutely disgusting. Not the flavor itself but something is wrong with the juice. I thought maybe it could be my coil so I went in to buy a new coil and was sold a whole package of coils. Now I'm in about $40 I'm trying to get this juice to taste good enough to use however it's still disgusting. After speaking with an employee as well as a manager who reached out to the owner I was told the only thing they could do is give me a bigger discount than what they were originally going to give me on the next bottle that I purchase which would equal 25%. If I'm not satisfied with the bottle that I already bought why would I buy another bottle? The two things that concern me here are that well speaking to the employee I was told "If it was one of our juices we would care more but since it's not ours and we buy the product to resell we really don't care." So what you're saying is the product on the shelf is product they're going to make money on not product that they stand behind. The second concern is the value each customer holds within their company. The way that both incidents were handled shows they would rather lose customers then do their part in making something right. Returned to the store 4 days after purchasing a device with leaking problems. Marissa checked it out and determined it was a faulty coil and at first it appeared to correct the problem. I gave it some more time just in case before heading to the store to avoid it being a simple fix, but today the liquid all flowed out with it just sitting on the desk. So I took it back to exchange it....it is day 15 from their 14 day period. I explained that I had come in a couple of days after purchase with the problem and that the attempt to fix it did not in fact fix the problem. They just kept repeating "there is nothing we can do, its after the 14 day window" even though the initial problem was reported in a timely manner and they were the reason I came back in later. I've been a loyal customer for a year now. I have 50k points racked up. Yesterday I bought a disposable vape and it was clearly out of juice. All I could taste was burnt coil and the employee that was helping me out said that as well. He took it to the back and he came out telling me just flip it upside down for 20 minutes so the juice that was sitting at the bottom can reach the coil and come back if it's still tasting the same. Mind you the first guy that tried the vape was coughing his lungs out because of how burnt it was. After 20 minutes the flavor hasn't changed so I went back to the store and asked if I can get an exchange. Some lady came out and tried the vape and told me she has to talk to her manager. Came back out and told me the manager said there's nothing they can do. Really?? You wasted my time and my money. There's a reason I try the vape as soon as I buy it in the store. I engaged the employees about it and they essentially told me that's too bad. The store policy explicitly says test before leaving the store which I did. I bought a disposable vape from here, it was burnt and hitting weak and never left the store in order to try it out before leaving and they would not return it and it died 10 minutes after leaving. Their policy is super frustrating when they sell me broken items and I recognize before I even leave the store yet they wont do anything to help. I have been buying my juice from 2 locations, the first location the employees are wonderful! (Academy location) but the house juice has been horrible from start. I moved so I started using this location about 2 months ago. Literally the worst place EVER! The last bottle of juice I bought tasted like chemicals, and being on a fixed income I had no money to buy more juice. Today I went in there and as usual their POS was having issues literally every time I've been in there they're having problems with it and blame it on the Wi-Fi. Today, the workers couldn't manage to perform a simple sale! Ran my card -3- times! The first time they ran it, the money was deducted from my card, they ran it again, it declined and the girl tells me I have insufficient funds then they canceled the first try so the money went back on to my card. They ran it again and it was pending needing them to finish the transaction on their end (around $33!) then the employee calls the manager and ended up telling me "unfortunately there's nothing we can do you have to wait 3-5 business days" unfortunately unfortunately unfortunately it was just too damn bad for me! The employee kept asking to run my card again but I was worried my card would lock up so i said cancel the transaction on their end and she didn't know HOW TO USE THE POS! kept telling me it was on my end when my app said it was on their end they hadn't finished the transaction. All they kept telling me was there was nothing they could do about it! Then some big mouth customer who I believe is a friend of theirs, started yelling and cussing at me because I didn't want to leave the store without either my money back or the juice so after him cussing at me several times because I was taking up the workers time (excuse me my money was taken and I was not trying to leave without one or the other!) I ended up leaving SO MAD still arguing with the other customer because I was taking up the employees time trying to get MY money back apparently after they got my money I wasn't a customer anymore and should've stepped aside so they can get more money. No!! Well I ended up leaving and messaging cash app about it and the transaction was cancelled through cash app about 30 minutes later. They legit told me to leave the store and "unfortunately" for me, I was out close to $33 too bad for me! This place is a JOKE and I will also be reporting to the better business bureau. I have a couple tshirts from this place that I will be throwing in the trash also I will not advertise for them! Unfortunately for me they don't know how to run a POS so I should have to wait a week for my money back or to see if it goes through in the next couple days and go back to the store. I'm sorry but not everybody is in the position to run back and forth to a store trying to have a sale simply canceled by the employee so I could take my business elsewhere which is exactly what I did! The other shop is cheaper and their juice tastes way better but had cash app not helped cancel the transaction I have no idea how long I'd be waiting for my money back or what kind of hoops I would've had to jump through to get the money out back on my card because "unfortunately" the manager was not going to do anything other than tell me it's too bad for me. They also offered military discount which is a plus since a lot of military personnel go there from what I was told. All the staff has always been very friendly to me, and I am not the typical vaper (40's female). Their juice is great and reasonably priced. I LOVE their Coco Cream Pear, Jolly Grinch, and Pinky's Breeze!! I keep going back for their juices. But their hardware is more than double what you would pay online. Starter kits aren't as marked up, and they will take the time to get you started. read more
