In my 32 years of real estate experience, I have never had a more negative experience with any other law firm (and there have been a few challenging ones over the years). I was the listing agent so did not choose this law firm as that was the choice of the buyer and his agent. The real estate deal went under contract in August 2021 and terminated in September. As of this writing, I have yet to have a single return phone call from any lawyer with this firm regarding the status of the earnest money deposit owed to my client. I have documented many calls only to have the receptionist say they would get back with me. I finally had to file a formal complaint with the NC Bar to see if they can have someone from this law firm return my call. The ONLY reason I gave them one star as I could not leave a negative star. For a law firm whose motto is "Now it is required that those who have been given a trust, must prove faithful" 1 Cor. 4:2. (taken directly from their website), you are a great disappointment not only to the law profession but an embarrassment to the Christian community.
