Scambled eggs with cheese, bacon cooked to perfection with sausage, smothered potatoes and honey butter biscuits. She catered one dinner consisting of a taco bar with homemade Chipotle chicken, charro beans, homemade avocado crema with all the taco fixings ! She even made charcuterie cups and fruits cups for appetizers. Everything was fresh delicious, and nothing went to waste everybody was highy impressed by the taste and quality for the budget.
