She's patient, she listens, she's non-judgmental (I don't get that a lot as a fat patient) and she's more than willing to work with me on healthcare needs and goals instead of jamming prescriptions and diagnoses down my throat. (Can you tell I've had less than stellar doctors before? XD) The staff, from front desk people to nurses and social workers, is always friendly and professional, they're usually running on time or within perfectly acceptable ranges, and they're even good at drawing blood from my temperamental veins. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone needing a new primary care person.

She always takes plenty of time to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. This is a pretty small office. I've found it easy to schedule appointments both for sick visits as well as regular check ups. I haven't had the opportunity to see any of the other doctors except over the phone when I've called the on-call doctor. I've found the nurses and office staff to be very helpful and pleasant as well.

She lets me know if I need anything to just message her and if I need an appointment to just call or message her over portal. I won't go into details, but she has slowly showed me that I can start trusting mental health providers. I am big on advocating for mental health. I hope to keep doing with this business with them! If I need to update my review, I will, weather its good or bad (hopefully good). All I ask is for help and communication, especially when It comes to this kid of care!

The doctor I saw was Dr. Andres Barrero Ortiz MD., he was kind, insightful, and proficient in his abilities. I absolutely recommend him as a family doctor. Everyone seemed knowledgeable and resourceful. I found out they have a chiropractor and a dentist on site! Looks like I will look up both of those doctors and if they seem like the right fit .. we may try them out. We've been with our current dentist & chiropractor for a couple of decades ... worth a shot! Considering they are much closer than both of ours now. Paperwork was minimal and I didn't have to wait at all to get the Appt made - (less than a 3-day wait) and when I checked in today it took less than 10 minutes for them to call me back. I absolutely hated doctors when I was little but Dr. Goodlander was always able to relax me enough to complete my shots and physicals with minimal discomfort. Dr. Goodlander is currently a part of Springdale-Mason Pediatrics. The practice is great, all of the nurses and nurse practitioners are soothing and gentle with little ones. Springdale-Mason is usually very busy as it serves an area that is booming with school-age kids, but you can still usually get a same-day appointment.

The RN team has been amazing. So kind so gentle. RN Nikki really made us feel like we can trust them with good ethical care. My LO had been traumatized by another clinic down the street that held her down and tore her pants!! Which is just ridiculous and unhelpful. I have to commend the staff. Dr Fosselman told me that 'all girls vaginas smell' when I expressed concern over one of my daughters potentially having a UTI at one appt, so I can assure everyone we won't be seeing him again. To sum it up, most of the providers are fantastic, the front desk staff is horrendously rude in person and they have treated me harshly time and again. I work at a hospital (I am a healthcare worker) so I feel as though I have a right to express my opinion on how awful they are. Dr Bar Lev is the reason I stay!
