I told her I already drink 8 glasses a day! I have an infection. 4 hours later i was peeing blood! I called my family Dr., he couldn't believe they didn't give me an antibiotic. He called it in. On two occasions in the last month, Bethany has been very rude and unhelpful over the phone and through MyChart messages. It is honestly making me consider switching a provider I have been with nearly 20 years due to the hostility and lack of help I am receiving from this staff member as I don't feel confident in their abilities and bedside manner.
