Must of got a guilty spot and then got threatened about how I treated my child ? When she literally doesn't even remember me at all !!! Funny and very unprofessional. Definitely a problem with communicating to parents. They have change the name and have a new fence since my child's gone due to a child wasn't being watched and got out the gates !

It's like she was on it most. Co workers wouldn't change diapers, they were hateful and rude to the kids. The bosses talked Bout the parents and coworkers personal business and we're clique like middle schoolers as long as they knew you, you could do whatever. I got treated ok but it still don't give my co workers excuses for leaving kids outside, not wanting to clean or change diapers. The employer did a lot of illegal stuff like not offer breaks if you worked 7-315 and gossip and tell people's personal/medical business to others. And I felt like they didn't act professional always. The main are was always cleaned. But I did not like working with some because they didn't want to take care if the kids and most of them wanted o get paid for texting these are precious kids who deserve better. Rather than let others try to ruin my life for them leaving kids outside and then because that was there buddy's I left. I would not do that to children and especially ever but it hot out. I just couldn't deal with that. I didn't want my name on that because that is not me. The drama And bickering from Co workers caused by controlling and bossy co workers was too much stress and drama and our boss can afford to go to lavish tips while paying us low amounts was not good either. I just had to go. I will forever love and miss those kids. They deserve better mothers and fathers and guardians they do. Half the time your kids were neglected for simple laziness and carelessness and no one would do Anything they sweep that crap under the rug

I've had the good fortune of getting to know a couple of them personally and I have found them to be some of the most upstanding people I've met since I've moved to Knoxville. The facilities are clean, the kids have a structured routine of daily activities geared towards their specific age group (each age group is separated into their own rooms), and they get plenty of time to run around outside (or in the gym if it's cold/rainy). They offer a weekly Music 'n' Motion class you can sign your child up for and they often have parties for the kids to celebrate birthdays or the holidays. They also recently participated in the Fantasy of Trees parade down at the convention center. My only complaint is that the daily reports communicating to the parent(s) what their child did and how they behaved is a little inconsistent. However, the teachers are always willing to talk to you personally about how your child is doing. All in all, I'm thankful to have found such a great place for my son to be while I work and go to school.

They also give you a paper showing what the kids did that day, and when her diaper was changed. The price is definitely reasonable, much better than going to one of the big name daycares. The staff is all CPR certified, also.
