They have a "cut-off" time to check in at 9am, they will not let you enter the classroom past this time. The food is garbage, oatmeal every day, no utensils for the older kids. The leaders don't care about your children, they just want your money. They try to find ways to send the children home early (based off a couple other parents I have spoken to). One of the staff members are very aggressive physically with the "more difficult" kids and when they don't listen or are having a hard time. As first time parents it meant the world to us that we knew our baby was safe and well cared for. All of the staff (not only the infant teachers) were kind and wonderful! The facility is clean, safe, and educational. They have an app that keeps you up to date on your child's activity throughout the day. They send out announcements through the app and you can also pay for tuition through it. Although we aren't at this daycare anymore due to moving we still pop in to visit. We truly miss them!
