When my son moved to the two-year-old classroom, we were told they would help with potty training -- but within a week they began complaining about accidents and even suggested we bring in Pampers. It was clear they just didn't want to do their job. I refused, and ironically, my son's potty training improved right after that. The food they serve is subpar -- my son comes home hungry every day. Classrooms are often combined because they're short-staffed, creating chaos and disorganization. When incidents happen, they rarely communicate unless you call to ask what happened. One of the most concerning experiences was when my son came home with his face visibly swollen from crying. We were told he had a hard time going to sleep at nap time -- but we picked him up at 5 p.m., which means he was left crying unattended for an extended period of time. That's completely unacceptable and heartbreaking for any parent to hear. Worst of all, the director is dismissive and gaslights parents instead of being transparent or taking accountability. If you care about your child's safety, nutrition, and emotional well-being, run far away from this place.

My son just finished a seasonal show of Queen songs and absolutely loved it, and is set to start a new season with Eagles/Fleetwood Mac. I think that this school is a hidden gem, honing these young musicians and helping them with all elements of their performance, including an actual "performance" at the end of the season (at a live venue)! Their customer service is fantastic, the instructors are talented and caring, and I really see musical growth & a newfound confidence in my child. Rock on!

I am personally not a fan of sports activities after 5pm so the 1:15pm class is perfect for us. The instructors have all been great with the kids. It's not just kids running around here, they are learning real technique & get a serious workout while having fun. I definitely recommend VIGS! PS. Your kids are auto-enrolled in each subsequent 5-week session prior to the current session ending. They refuse to offer a refund for a 5 week session that 2 of my kids were auto enrolled in. They will not allow the payment to be applied to a different session or summer camp. Their online system does not keep track of unused sessions for make-up purposes. Customer service is not even on their radar here - staff is openly rude. Choose a better option for gymnastics for your kids! We've had a great experience at CORE Kids Academy!

Tom was our guide, Hailey, was the other rafts guide, and both were awesome. Tom knew so much about the area history and is very experienced guiding. Such an easy trip to make with fun rapids (III's and sometimes IV's). I'm sure all the guides are great, but we will ask for Tom and Hailey first next trip. Pretty impressed with this outfit. (Wish they had more merch to purchase though, just imo).
