First Aid Calgary had up until a couple of weeks ago very clearly listed on their website that their health care provider level cpr courses were valid for THREE YEARS, however when I did my recertification course with them last year, my certificate was only valid for 1 year. After emailing multiple times to inquire and force them to follow up with me, they responded that they're matching AHS requirements (I don't follow AHS, this is irrelevant to me and many others) and only providing certificates for a year. I very politely asked them to honour what was literally still listed on their website 2 weeks ago and extend my certificate and they've ghosted me and refused to even acknowledge their mistake or apologize for the mixup or confusion. They've conveniently changed their website now to actually state what they're offering but still won't even email me back or make right THEIR mistake. They list themselves as the cheapest option in the city but it's because they force you to come yearly even when it isn't required. I will absolutely never use or recommend them again and ensure my colleagues all know how they treat customers. VERY poor customer service and support. Do your CPR training elsewhere.
