This is a rewrite from a 2 star. This was one of the most…read morehorrible experiences of my life! This was a long term marriage at 24 years. The Commissioner Glingered this case on for 3 1/2. He Ordered Bench Orders on the Respondent and never held him accountable to submit the documents that were ordered. So I did it for the Respondent to prove how much the Respondent makes. I was given the dirty looks for doing so. The Commissioner Signed a Stipulation and Order for the Petitioner to receive arrears. At the last minute, the Judge dismissed his own Stipulation and Orders that would have awarded the Petitioner 2 years of arrears with compounded interest. A Stipulation and order submitted and signed by a Judge is a "BINDING ORDER." Commissoner only awarded 25% of what the Respondent's NET income is. And on the small note, the Petitioner was the one who created the company from scratch! Petitioners I parents loaned funds so that the Oetitioner never had to worry about funds in their future. Respondents only saw money. Ckaimed he was poor, however hired a gigh end attorney that charged him $10,000. Per trial date. The commissioner proceeded to state that evidence was never produced. THAT IS NOT TRUE! Petitioner produced over a 2000 pages of evidence. Which included Documents that the Petitioner was Disabled and produced documentation from California Disability, that the Petitioner did not qualify for Disability Benefits. The previous case before mine was just as bad and while someone was caught by the bailiff for committing perjury, they Commissionee did NOT care. The Commissioner does not want to make judgements even based on true documentation and tax returns. He wants YOU to work things out. If that's the case WTH is he even doing on the Bench? I don't care how many awards this guy receives. He already makes his mind up, long before you say a word. Proof does nothing for him. I came in with Proof that my family's finances were what bought me a home, a car and established a business. No slaps on the hand to the Respondent for late support payments nor any penalties for the lack of documentation and not following Bench Orders the Respondent failed to produce. This Commissioner is very hard to work with. He should retire! I personally believe his is biased. And if you can afford an attorney, that's what the judge is looking for. I did not have funds for an attorney. Eat even allowed evidence that was never submitted to the court filings. Nor served to me in advance.

Fourth time is hopefully a charm. Have sent my request for my original birth certificate three…read moretimes and when I call, they take my information and say the adoption clerk will call back. She never does. Today I resent my request via certified mail again. Even the lady at our post office remembered all three times I sent these documents! Note, I went by instructions originally which indicated sending to your county you live in. San Diego county actually called me to suggest sending it directly to where my records are located. San Bernardino. But at least San Diego contacted me within a week and received my documents through the mail timely. It's been almost two months that I sent the documents to San Bernardino three times! Today marks four times.
