I reached the DMV (State Drivers Center since I'm transferring), after an hour's wait, I tell the lady what I told Ms. Avis had told me and since I didn't have my current DL that I would need to come back with a TX "Surrender form". SURRENDER FORM! This form is used for folks who do not wish to drive, physically incapable of driving, have a certain type of DL for sex offenders, or ineligible to drive due to losing privilege's. I don't want to SURRENDER, I wanted to replace and convert it to TN. Anyway, if you call for help, Ms. Avis is a 5/5 stars which made up for my crappy service/unreliable information at Gore Road in Knoxville.

You can turn on the street located near Highland Funeral Service. This one sales stamps (however many you need), money orders ($1.25), and burial flags as well. Awesome service!

It was clean, had comfortable chairs, an outlet, and a whiteboard. The only thing that ruined this was the fact that it isn't enclosed at the top so the large study group next door would have been able to hear everything I said just like I was very aware that they're using all their smoothie and coffee trips and Kroger runs for their class. I ended up only writing my speech and filming in my car in the parking lot. It wasn't even private enough for me to be able to take a quiz or efficiently study. I thought being that it was so close to a college that it would have been a typical study room and be quiet with privacy.

The absurdity of people taking off time from their own jobs to pay taxes to a government that should serve them is ludicrous. How much longer will we tolerate inadequate service from government entities that merely collect money from citizens without returning adequate work product. There are at least 30 people waiting to be served. Time for real change.
