We have a unique part time schedule and they were able to find us a regularly returning in home nanny. She is so sweet and clearly cares but knows her stuff! I called and made a formal complaint to Child Protective services as he has marks on his elbows and told me he was grabbed, pushed, and then picked up by his elbows and they tried to make him stand.
