While working here, which by the way wasn't for long, DHS was called by a parent twice in one month! There are good teachers however! Somehow this director has managed to keep good teachers. Though they aren't happy with the director or their "job" they love the kids, and would literally put up with he££ to give these kids a good learning experience and safe environment. I have been a nanny since I was 17, I love kids. So I have seen many scenarios, with different families, some good some bad, I am currently getting my degree in education and was hoping this place would help me toward my goals. It did nothing but slow me down and make me unhappy. So, as a daycare for your kids, I think if you want to put your kids in daycare, that's great, but DO NOT work there.. It's seriously awful!
