They're always canceling us for short staff, no dentist, etc. One appointment scheduled for 4pm and dentist didn't come in until close to 6pm. Didn't offer daughter topical anesthetic for numbing injections - just went to town and this was on her front teeth for damage caused by braces. My daughter is a tough girl - once having a filling done without any numbing (at her request) at age 11. I have never seen my daughter in so much pain, crying and riddled with anxiety. Drilling started immediately after withdrawing the needle from her gum. The dentist did give her a couple minutes break after most of the drilling and the sight of the teeth he was attempting to repair will forever haunt me! I held my daughter's hand, placed my head on her legs and cried myself. I apologized all the way home. I have told my daughter she doesn't have to stay with this "dentist" but with what had to be done to rebuild her tooth, she's afraid a new dentist will not know what this guy has done. Her tooth really should have been fixed with a root canal, but this place claims insurance denied the prior authorization, but when asked to see the denial, they "didn't have it scanned into their system yet". I'm still trying to convince my daughter to go somewhere else. My daughter now carries her own oragel to apply once she's in the chair. I received a text this week saying they had to cancel again and being my daughter recently turned 18, I had her call to reschedule and she has been pushed out in to December and the girl she was speaking to hung up on her. So sad that I am teaching my daughter how to make her own appointments, how phone etiquette should be, to have that face to face contact and this is how their staff shows "professionalism". When looking at offices for dental care, keep this thought in mind when you come across this review...first year dental students would give much better care than this place. And before anyone says that I should take my daughter elsewhere, look back in my post to where I wrote that my daughter was given this option but chose to decline. That is the downfall of teaching her to giving the benefit of the doubt. But definitely, DO NOT TAKE YOUNG CHILDREN HERE unless you want them to live with a terrifying fear of dentists.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this dental office treats families. They refused to see a…read moreminor child because of an outstanding balance that belonged to the child's mother, even though the parents are divorced. To make matters worse, the child's father went out of his way to pay the $90 balance to resolve the issue, yet the office still refused to provide care. Holding a child's dental care hostage over a former spouse's debt is unfair and unprofessional. A child should never be penalized because of disputes or financial issues between divorced parents, especially after the balance has already been paid. Compassion, professionalism, and putting patients first should be the standard in healthcare. Unfortunately, this office chose bureaucracy over a child's well-being. I hope they reconsider their policies so that children are not caught in the middle of adult financial matters. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice to other families.

As a new patient I went in for a dental exam, and to see about a cleaning. As I walked in, I was greeted by two front desk ladies who looked very happy to be there and one of them greeted me right away. I told them I had an appointment, and had to give them my photo ID, and insurance card along with filling out paperwork. Typical doctor/dentist stuff, yeah? I waited probably 10 mins or less to be taken back to get x-rays done by a dental assistant. After that, I waited maybe 5-10 mins just to see the actual dentist who did a quick exam/look which wasn't very long at all. He stated that I for sure needed a deep cleaning. The dentist went on to explain my insurance which is Molina had to get authorization to do the deep cleaning. I am giving it a 3 star review due to how quick he looked in my mouth, and do understand waiting 2-3 weeks to be seen for a deep cleaning. I did not see a hygienist once at all, which was a bit..weird and concerning? I don't really pay mind to name tags/badges, and none of the dental staff really properly introduced themselves to me at all. I think the dentist was the only person who did. This was a bit of a weird flag for me. I always have had the hygienist look first, and then the dentist second at other practices as a kid/teenager. FINALLY: the dentist did not lecture me about brushing or flossing my teeth once. I will update this review when I go in for a deep cleaning.
