I believe it's important to check back after some time has passed to see if my initial thoughts were accurate or in need of some update: well, I'm happy to report an update is necessary. Let's start with this; if I could give Dr. Winokur 11 stars, it wouldn't be enough. Here are the relevant takeaways: 1) I returned to the practice after writing my initial review for a number of issues: including cavities that needed to be filled; a chipped tooth; fillings that needed to be replaced; bonding that needed to be redone (the work of another practitioner just didn't hold up!). In every instance, the work done was the best you could hope for. Pro, compassionate, and incredibly well-done. 2). The above mentioned bonding was a challenge. Dr. Winokur knocked the work out of the park. I can smile again, and I feel great about my teeth. 3). My girlfriend visited the practice (on my recommendation) and her chipped tooth disappeared. Perfect work. Painless. And with rave reviews from her. 4). The support team here is the best I've ever worked with. 5) I now come in every three months for a cleaning. Eloise is remarkable, and the best hygienist I've ever known. Killer. In a great way. 6) Jess and the front office team are buttoned up, incredibly friendly, and helpful in ways you wished every doctor's office could be. 7) Dental insurance leaves something to be desired.
