I was crushed because I was set on Knowledge Beginnings when I saw how well my boys did in the exploration visit. Life happened, and 7.5mo later I was desperately looking for daycare again and thought, let me just give them a call and give it a shot. Sure enough I was told they had a spot for all three of my kids and by the grace of God they were at Knowledge Beginnings 7 days later STABILITY! KB has given my children something they and I have desperately needed in our lives right now for personal reasons. They're happy there. That means the world to me because the last place they were at for only two months, I was desperate to get them out so much that I was nauseous everyday dropping them off. Hearing their cries and the things my six, almost 7yo daughter would tell me. Again I just cannot say enough about the care provided by KB for the whole family. I love their director Erica and assistant director Alex! They're both incredibly friendly and make you feel like you've been friends for two decades kind of friendly but still professional and uphold boundaries to ensure that all are treated the same. They really care about their students and families. The teachers are wonderful especially in keeping contact with us parents about any concerns or even kudos. We all have things going on in our lives at home but Knowledge Beginnings have given such a wonderful, safe, happy, structured, comforting and loving stable environment for my children and I'm so grateful. His teachers are the most loving humans in the world and even after we've moved up a class, make an effort to tell him (and me) hello and ask how he is/we are doing. Overall, Janet provides the bare minimum and ignores glaring errors that have the potential to harm children.  I recommend choosing a different child care center for your child.  Here are the details of my experience: I reported to the state that KinderCare fed my daughter a pancake (that had eggs in it) and she's allergic to eggs. I looked at the state report and Janet denied that it happened. This is a representation of my experience with her and with Kindercare as a whole. I have the entire experience documented including their phone call to me and the notes from the KinderCare app. I cannot believe someone caring for children can make such bad choices.  I also reported a teacher grabbing my daughter's arm and aggressively pulling her forward after seeing this with my own eyes when I came to pick her up, and the state reports there is no proof so nothing can be done. Additionally, Janet said she inspected my daughter's two arms (which she didn't) and that she spoke with the teacher who denied the incident. So, the teacher said she didn't do it, and even though I saw it with my own eyes - nothing can be done. YIKES!!!!

When I have had questions, the director and/ or assistant director get back to me right away. That is a true comfort! I love the communication with the teachers as well whenever I have a question. Everyone seems to like being there because of the positive atmosphere. My mother and father in law take and pick up my children at least once or twice a week and they said they always enjoy watching the joy on their little faces. They are happy being there! That curriculum is amazing." My son loves his teachers and was so happy to see them again after vacation. He often says "I will tell my teachers about this." He is eager to please them. The Quality: the teachers know what they are doing. The kids jump around in the morning and sit quietly during lunch. It doesn't feel chaotic but under control, safe and calm. There are free and paid specials - free music and gym are free. There are also paid dance classes (Little People's Creative Workshop) and Soccer (Soccer shots). My son loves all of these and it's certainly convenient for us. My son has started really looking at books on his own, recognizing letters, writing letters etc. We are very happy with his progress and his teachers. They have a big screen in his class which they use for yoga, music, lessons etc. Value: It's not cheap, for sure. But many people don't know that religious-sponsored schools do not have to adhere to safety/quality standards which is one of the reasons why they are cheaper. My son is safe, happy and healthy in school. They provide meals but you can opt out if you'd like. They provide generally healthy options for kids and my son likes to eat there. It's a great school.

I'm sad that when we are able to go back to daycare we won't be able to do it since they won't accept part time kids anymore. I can't vouch for the other rooms just the infant room but honestly the whole staff is really nice and welcoming.

With a recent change in directors there was a high turn over in teachers without notice. Giving 2 stars because there were some teachers we liked, and then they would leave to go to other centers. There was even a period through the summer where the Pre-K classroom has no AC for almost 2 weeks, and the temperature was sometimes over 75 degrees. The staff had no ETA on would it would be fixed. If your child has any special needs, the are centers in the area that cost more, but will accommodate. This center explicitly told us they were not "equipped" to deal with any special needs and that it was not a good fit. I agreed, it was not a good fit. We are now at Kids R Kids and are very happy.

I can count on one hand how many times she spoke to us in the approx 1.5 years we attended. There was one particular instance where I felt the school cared more about themselves than my child. My daughter was in the Director's office with her teacher when she fell off a chair (I still don't know the truth about what actually happened) but that wasn't my biggest concern because she was okay. The issue was that the write up by the Director was initially one scribbled sentence I could barely read. I was angered and offended all at once. I never saw the Director so I passed on a message to have the incident report re written. Long story short, I had to send it back two more times before I received a copy that was the "truth" of my daughters fall. Now that my kids are no longer there, I am sharing this message to show that there is a lack of honesty and respect at Morrisville Creative Schools. I can attest to the other comment about the temperature in the one year old classroom because there were several days where the room was muggy and warm during drop off. There was ONE teacher that kept us at MCS who is headed out. She was absolutely PHENOMENAL!!!! My 3 year old was sounding out words and felt confident about reading. She incorporated "show and tell" so that the kids would be comfortable speaking in front of an audience. I can't speak enough about her! The turn over rate for kids and staff is increasing and I have no doubt that management plays a part in this. There needs to be some kind of training to help this school. Lastly, the cameras are a great asset. However, the system didn't work for us when we had a concern. We sat in the office with the Director for 1.5hrs for NOTHING because the records were not accurate and the cameras will only pick up 7 day's worth of footage (which includes weekends). I asked the owner to increase the amount of time of retrieval but I was not made aware that it was actually done. Good luck with this one!
