He answered all my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He's very personable and easy to get along with! The office staff is super helpful, they were able to get my husband and I appointments right next to each other, so we could come at the same time. They also explained our insurance coverage to us really well, in regard to getting eye glasses. They have a fairly large selection of eye glasses to choose from if you end up needing them. I took a picture of one panel of glasses, but they have 4 or 5 more outside of the picture I took. There's lots of parking available! Second I asked for my PD (pupillary distance) to a Spanish lady and to Johana and their answer was that if I wasn't going to buy with them they could not give me that, first of if I knew that I would've asked the doctor for it second how you're going g to tell me you can not give me MY PD when is part of my prescription and in most places is asked for. Is the first time an eye doctors office tells me that. Overall very upsetting experience and not a good customer service experience
