I'd gotten though at that point, the office was aware of the issue, so I let it go and continued on as usual. however, since then,August, I've left at least a dozen messages. no one has ever followed up with me to schedule my recheck nor have I had one message returned. and now it appears they've updated their phone system which no longer even gives an option to leave a message. they have, however, sent me over a dozen bills for the $15.43 I owe for my contact fitting and rx which has still yet to happen. never called me to remind me of payment due or past due which is what I've been waiting for. Just one PHONE CALL. JUST ONE! nice people inside but from where I sit it appears no one in this office keeps up with patient appointment status nor whether or not their patients ever get a final prescription obviously. it's not like o can go somewhere else with my insurance since I used my one visit with the incompetent poorly managed clinic who I've found impossible to finalize my rx. I've been going to this office for 12 years. they've never been great, mostly convenient but this is outrageous. total disappointment.

I would end up going back FIVE TIMES to have the new glasses adjusted because they were too big. Each time being told thinga like "they're fine, they fit fine I don't understand what the problem is, try this adjustment out for a little while", and my favorite, "why are you working outside, of course they'll feel too big in the heat". Meanwhile, I was wearing a broken pair of old glasses because the new ones DIDN'T FIT. I go back and complain, saying I want to exchange. They did do the exchange but did not refund me the difference between the new pair that were too big and newer pair that fit.
