Then today I received a text that said confirm appointment for March 3. I called and told them the paper I have clearly states March 1. They told me well your appointment is March 3, will you be here on the 3rd. I said no I will not we are attending a funeral and we will be out of town. Also his father took off work to go today, is there any way we could have the appointment today. No his birth date was the third so we can't do the wellness check till the third. I can make you another appointment, would that be fine. I said I guess it will have to be. She asked me to hold and ask if another date was fine. I said I still don't understand way we can't come in today if you have appointments open. She said its because it's not the third. I said its only two days different. She said but it's not the third yet. So she gave me an appointment for a week after the third. To me 48 hours and a week are a big jump in growth development. Because two days is a big difference! Not! Receptionist is very unintelligent! Very disappointed in service!!!Doctors are great once there.

He treats all African American patients different from other patients, provides unequal access to care depending on what ethnicity you are, is rude and disrespectful to some - his staff act the same way ofcourse under his leadership. 1. Biased negative behavior to some, rude, disrespectful, always late, non helpful, rushes, makes some wait for along time, never accountable and unprofessional attitude and demeanor to some depending on your ethnicity if your African American this is the care given. 2. You only pay when you personally want them, not to have them transferred to a new practice. Now the new doctor has no way of knowing her shot history etc, because the practice is being so difficult about passing on this information. She is 2 years away from college where this information is imperative and the office will not transfer the records. This is highly disappointing.
