Our children have been patients at two of the "top-rated" pediatricians as we've moved over the years--and this is the only practice where you're truly treated as a person, not just a number. If you're looking for speed and convenience, you can always go to an assembly-line pediatrician. But if you want a true care team--literally two doctors who will know your children by name, provide thoughtful and individualized treatment, and actually keep you informed--this is the place for you. When I first called, Anastasia let me know they're a smaller practice. So yes, I may wait on hold for a couple minutes while they're helping another patient--but I'll take that any day over the rushed, impersonal care we've experienced elsewhere. At the other offices, they'd order multiple bacterial infection tests based only on symptoms I described over the phone--without even seeing my children. That's not care--that's just billing insurance as quickly as possible. Sky Valley is the complete opposite. Here, they take the time to listen, assess thoughtfully, and treat your family like their own.

I need a pre employment drug screen and vaccination to be done so my agency sent me to this location. The facility has a moderate size parking lot so no issue finding a space. I arrive on a Monday and was told that they didn't have a person to do the drug test so I made an appointment and left. I came the next day at my appointment of 11:10 am but didn't go in till around 11:50. The waiting room is spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and thorough. All in all, I had an ok experience here at MedExpress.

I love that they have where you can call in & speak to a nurse about any questions or concerns you may have about your child. All of the rooms in the office are decorated in different kid themes so that they are less 'scary' to the children...& give them something to focus on other than the scary doctor! Only thing that I dislike about the office is the waiting area. It's very small & although they have a 'well visit' & a 'sick visit' side...your still really close to each other!

She has a calming presence for the overly worried new mom, and address the questions/concerns with importance no matter so nominal they may actually be. She's always been timely which isn't an expectation at a busy office, but is nice, especially with kids in tow. The office staff is also very kind and welcoming and their 7 days a week hours as well as an ability to work you in fast/select walk in appointments is such a convenience!

They advised that I would have to go 10 miles out of my way to their Linton Hall location to have a drive thru visit!!! Also, prior to COVID my older sons went in for sports physicals and they had them in the same room during their physicals. Lastly, my older son got a Meningitis vaccine a year ago at a minute clinic due to possible exposure. I took the record to their office assuming it would be uploaded to his shot record. I called before school started because he needed verification of vaccination and after being transferred many times they advised the record must have been misplaced so I was forced to get him another shot.

When I went back to the check in desk to ask what the issue was, they didn't even have my son's name correct and stated that they had the folders swapped. Mind you there were only 2 rooms with patients. This type of incompetence is not what we pay for and is completely unacceptable. There is a sign at the check in desk that states if you are 15 min late for your appointment you will need to reschedule, but they have no problem making you wait more than 15 min for a 10 min checkup. Needless to say will no longer be going to this practice.

He is so thorough, taking so many factors into consideration for best preventative and maintenance health. He is a Dr. Who listens to and respects parents which is a rare find! He spends so much time explaining things, offering and explaining different options as well as both pros and cons (again , another rare find in a Dr.) He is always available by phone which I love, and has talked me through my son's sickness without us having to leave home. He is very quick in correspondence even though he's so busy, and his receptionist is always so cheerful. I wouldn't have my kids see anyone else for routine care.
